We are located walking distance to the best hotels and restaurants in the isla verde area. We offer one assigned parking spot-and the building has private security 24/7. Across from the building we have a small shopping area with different restaurants and convince store. Has one bed for 2 adults & a convinient air matres Full size for a child if needed.

Ideal location 24 hours a day! On the main strip literally next door to a 5 ☆ resort (El San Juan Hotel) and within 1-2 blocks of ANYTHING you'd want or need: Beach, bars, casinos, pharmacies, supermarket & restaurants...FREE PARKING ON SITE. Beachfront locations are not ideal here during the evening hours because of poor street lighting which makes our place perfect. You're in the middle of it all! Furnished with a King size bed and a Queen size sofa bed. Our apartment is 5 minutes from the airport, next to 5 star hotels, on the main avenue in Isla Verde. Easy short walk to the beach. It is perfect for the vacationer or the business traveler. Unit is equipped with a battery backup system that will power the entire home during power outages.
