Holiday rentals with breakfast in Island of Ortigia

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and found Vincenzo a superb host. The apartment suited my needs perfectly and is superbly located for the public transport, Ortigia, bars, shops and restaurants.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Ennio. Das Haus ist in einer kleinen privaten Anlage, einen Steinwurf vom Meer entfernt. Ennio hat uns Fahrräder ausgeliehen, mit denen man auf einem schönen Radweg nach Syrakus fahren kann. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und makellos sauber, genau wie das Badezimmer. Ennio ist ein sehr aufmerksamer, engagierter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der uns jeden Morgen ein leckeres Frühstück bereitete. Das Auto kann man ohne Probleme vor dem Haus abstellen. Klare Empfehlung!

Evaristo e Giovanni sono stati degli host fantastici, che dico...di più!!! Super accoglienti e disponibili, gentili simpatici, spiritosi e mai invadenti. L'appartamento è molto spazioso come del resto la stanza e il bagno privato. Ci hanno accolto con una cena ottima...un fuori programma delizioso. 5 stelle non bastano per la recensione ce ne vorrebbero il doppio. Ci portiamo al Nord il calore della loro generosa ospitalità. Consigliatissimi.❤️❤️❤️❤️

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Cristina's apartment. It was in a perfect location in the historic core of Ortigia. Clean, modern. nicely decorated and exactly as pictured. We are also Airbnb hosts and appreciate the care and thoughtfulness of our host. She was proactive and responsive. We did not have any issues. Everything was perfect. We highly recommend staying in this place and lovely Ortigia.

Ennio ist ein super Vermieter, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Es ist ihm wichtig, dass es den Gästen gut geht und es an nichts fehlt. Seine Schwester holte uns ab. Ennio hat uns bei Abreise und für einen Ausflug (wegen Feiertag) zum Bahnhof gebracht. Während des Aufenthaltes hat er sich immer wieder nach unseren Wünschen und Bedürfnissen informiert. Wir bekamen täglich ein super Frühstück, alles was das Herz begehrt. Es gab täglich einen frisch gepressten Orangensaft. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Im Haus sind gute Betten,. Es ist alles sehr sauber. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen Blick aufs Meer. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 3 min entfernt. Die Küche durften wir auch immer benutzen. Danke lieber Ennio, wir kommen gern wieder. Alles Gute!

Onestamente un'ottima esperienza, la signora è stata gentilissima e squisita, ci ha dato ottime informazioni, e la struttura è davvero comoda. Tutto risulta in ordine, e la signora cerca di fare stare al meglio i propri ospiti. La struttura è davvero grande, qualche piccolo dettaglio potrebbe non essere perfetto, ma l'ottima posizione, il parcheggio gratuito nella strada, e la disponibilità della signora, sono un plus importante. Inoltre, è da segnalare l'ottima e abbondante colazione (non certo due brioches in croce). Siamo stati davvero bene, se dovessimo tornare a Siracusa sicuramente sarebbe la nostra prima scelta.

Tutto perfetto, casa pulita e fornita di ogni cosa. Morgana gentilissima e sempre disponibile quando è stato necessario. Ottimo soggiorno

We really enjoyed the apartment. It was exactly as pictured. We felt safe, the area was quiet and it was in a great location. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low but that is the only “negative “- it’s understandable given the age of the building and pipes. Chloe and Adam were very responsive and their recommendations were “spot on “.

Mariella's place was not only spotless and beautifully furnished, but it was located in an ideal location to fully enjoy and explore Ortigia! The apartment was close to the water and only five minutes' walk from the square. We loved staying there and already plan to return the next time we vacation in Sicily!

5 stars!! Wonderful Airbnb with everything you need. Beautifully furnished with a modern flair. Comfortable beds, cute terrace, modern kitchen with complimentary breakfast, coffee, juices, and Prosecco! Very quiet apartment even though it’s right around the corner from Piazza Duomo. It was a marvelous experience staying at Lauras apartment. Lots of space, very nice quite area where locals live. The flat has a vintage forniture that makes it very cozy and nice. Communication with Laura was excelent, allways asking if everything was okay. Water and a delicous wine with snak in as a wellcome. You can go everywhere by walking distance (takes a bit time) but for me not a problem, I like to walk. A great, great thing for me, was the road for jogging from Lauras flat with stunning views of the mediterrean, amazing! only 15 minutes from there. I had a great time, extremely recommended

We appreciated the great communication and instructional video for check in. It went smoothly. Great location, very quiet. We travel using public transportation and easily found our way from the train station and walked to Archeologica sights in Syracuse the 2nd day. It’s not that close, but flat and wide sidewalks. One thing to note is that there are 4 flights of stairs, so if mobility is a problem, perhaps you can ask Calamurn for assistance with suitcases. We did that when we checked out and a very kind staff person assisted us with a smile. Comfortable bed and newly renovated.

Geweldig verblijf gehad. Het ontbijt was super lekker en gevarieerd - de zelfgemaakte taarten zijn zeker een pluspunt. De kamer was proper en alles was aanwezig. De koelkast was heel fijn. Enkel de airco deed het niet goed: koelde wel, maar maakte veel lawaai. We zouden het verblijf zeker aanraden als je van een rustige omgeving houdt.

Roberto hat sich sehr viel mühe gegeben und auch Tipps für Unternehmungen, die Lage ist mehr als perfekt. Diese Unterkunft wird mit sehr viel Liebe geführt. Danke Roberto für die tollen Tage!

B&B semplice ma azzeccato sostanzialmente in tutti i suoi particolari. Accoglienti, precisi e attenti.

Alessandra and Simone are great hosts always ready to help out . They live on the top floor with their children , there are 4 bed rooms downstairs from them with a shared landing . There are 1-2 more floors beneath that . Make sure you can walk upstairs 2-3 flights . The simple room has a balcony , private bathroom and large bed , clean and light filled , split system air con . Nice breakfast on the rooftop with spectacular ocean views . Great location 300 m from the beach and surrounded by shops, cafes, restaurants and bars but still feels private and cosy . Very flexible and friendly people made me feel at home . They speak fluent English . Wonderful stay . Great value .
