Enjoy the stunning sea views from the upper terrace, the covered patio in the little garden or take a walk into nature to watch various birds. The local beach is a 25-30 min walk away as well as the center of Tavira with its many restaurants, bars/cafés and boutiques.

It is the ideal house for a holiday with family or friends.

Quinta da Pedragua, surrounded by a small orchard, features an outdoor swimming pool, is located 15 km from Tavira and 13 km from Vila Real de Santo António. All Quinta accommodations feature an intimate atmosphere and a furnished porch with all amenities inside. Quinta da Ria is a 10-minute drive away and Altura sandy beach is 1.5 km away. Nice house in private residencial development with swimming pool. The environment is very quiet, in the golf course, with nice views if you want to walk around the area. The beach is 10 minutes walk, by bike and car 5 minutes. The house has a living room and fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with shower, two bedrooms and sofa bed. The access to the garden and common areas has no steps, including the pool. Parking space included.

Semi-detached house with pool in El Rompido

The house is in the town of Rompido, 600 meters from the PLAZA de las SIRENAS, very close to the school in the PUNTA CORAL area. You can walk down to the town or park in one of the two car parks that are located in the town. The town center becomes pedestrianized in summer. From the house you can make routes by bicycle or on foot because El Rompido is in a natural setting.
