Fabulous location, beautiful home, just a perfect vacation for our family

We enjoyed the house and it was larger than the pictures capture. we liked the openness of the kitchen, dining and living space. Great outdoor spaces as well. Quick walk to the beach and to a back dock overlooking the marsh. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. All was as advertised. Everything was clean and worked well. Definitely a great option!

My friends and I came up to Mount Pleasant for a girl's trip and loved staying here! It was a super easy walk to the beach which was so nice. I accidentally left some clothes in one of the dresser drawers and the host was super kind in mailing my stuff back to me right away which I so appreciated. Overall great stay!

This home was a perfect stay for our family for 4 nights! Major bonuses: - SO close to the beach - just a quick 2 minute walk. - Outdoor shower after long, sandy beach days was an absolute help! - Available beach chairs & wagon cart made everything much easier than bringing our own. So grateful for this! - Laundry units in the home was a huge plus and so convenient. - Large screened in porch was so peaceful and fun for games, meals or just hanging out! - Kitchen was clean and stocked with dishes and everything basic for cooking and eating. - Smart TV and lots of extra DVDs for kids - The entire home was clean and comfortable! Overall, the house was very comfortable and spacious. Clean! No bugs, no major issues. Kevin was very informative and helpful and quick to answer questions! 10/10 look forward to staying here again!

We would definitely stay here again. The beach access was wonderful, the house was suited perfectly for all of our needs and we loved our entire vacation.

Value was great. Home was even nicer in person than in the pictures which was a welcome surprise! They really thought of everything to make you feel at home. Full dishes, pots and pans, AND kids dishes. Comfortable beds, amazing front/back porches, and a short walk to the beach. House was spotless upon check-in and communication was great - always proactive, and also quick to answer texts with quality information when we had questions about the area! Tons of beach stuff for the whole family was provided, books and toys for the little ones, as well. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay and great service from AvantStay. Can't wait to get back down there!

We had a wonderful time at Elizabeth's place. The location, at the far side of the island near the Morris Island lighthouse, was so nice. You could could get away from some of the craziness of the main stretch of Folly but it was a quick drive to get to all the restaurants. The proximity to the beach was incredible, and our kids really enjoyed being able to go back and forth from the house to the beach. We also appreciated being able to bring our dog with us. One of our best beach trips ever.

We had a great time at Sawyerbean! The house is a nice, older Edisto beach house and had everything we needed. It was right across the street from the beach and close to many shops and restaurants. Our relaxing vacation even included soft blankets and some waste bags for our French bulldog. She really loved being a beach babe!

My spouse and I enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. The pool and hot tub is amazing. We loved the garage and playing ping pong. The kitchen has everything you need and is very clean. The living area and front room are beautiful. Kristin and Bob put a lot of thought on the details and made the home feel welcoming. We enjoyed being so close to the beach access and only being 8 blocks from the pier. The restaurants are amazing, Catch 23 was a fav. Don’t forget to go by McKelvin’s Surf Shop! Folly Beach is beautiful and peaceful, we would love to stay again in the home. Kristin was great communicating with me and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying in this home.

This house was perfect for our family gathering. Walking to the beach was easy & close. We all loved our time in the pool. We rented a golf cart & that was more fun & functional than a rental car. John was easy to communicate with. I appreciate his flexibility with our requests.

The location was beautiful! Jayne was very responsive and accommodating so we could check in early. She also recommended a lot of local of local spots including a fantastic restaurant in John’s island! The pool was fantastic! Awesome quick stay

Absolutely beautiful home in the heart of Edisto Beach! Easy access to the bike path, directly in front of the house. Short walk to the beach, approximately 5 minutes. The backyard is so dreamy with a pristine pool, oak trees and Spanish moss shading the area. We loved our visit and hope to return!

This was our first time visiting Folly and we were not disappointed! Alison's home was just what we were looking for, beautiful clean home right in the heart of Folly. We would absolutely recommend this home; amazing location, everything you need inside, decorated so cute and the pool to top everything off! Can't wait to plan our next visit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Rick was a very hospitable host. He had treats waiting upon our arrival and helped us get acquainted with the island and its several amenities. It was a beautiful and clean space and was perfect for our family. Just a quick bike ride to the beach or short drive to the club to access the pool and their restaurants. It was a perfect location to be able to drive into Charleston a few nights as well as Kiawah Island for some variety. Seabrook Island was beautiful and had plenty activities for all ages.

We loved staying in this beautiful home! The private salt water pool was a huge hit for our kids as well as the short walk to the beach. This home had space for everyone to spread out, but also featured a beautiful gathering area for meals and family fun. We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Doug's place and I would say that it exceeded our expectations. The house was extremely well stocked and there was almost nothing that we needed that wasn't available. The photos do a good job showing the place -- lots of space, nice bedrooms, nice kitchen and lovely screened-in porch. We would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful house with everything you need to make yourself at home. When you walk in the front door, it is very charming and inviting. It's a short, straight walk to a great beach. There is a 4 lane street to cross, but 95% of the time you can walk straight across without stopping. We had 8 adults staying in this lovely place and there was plenty of room and we shared a lot of great meals in the huge kitchen. If we are ever back in the area, this will be our "go to" house!

This was the perfect place for our girls weekend in IOP. Very convenient 5 minute walk from the beach and very close drive to Charleston and Mt. Pleasant. The space is even more beautiful in person with comfortable beds and linens as well. Lisa accommodated an early checkin and was responsive when asking about IOP conditions post Hurricane Debby! I definitely recommend staying here!

Great house, close to beach which makes it easy with kids and dog friendly which was perfect with this being our dogs first trip to the beach.

Pura Vida was great for us! I was traveling with two teenaged grandchildren and two of their friends, and my two year old grandson. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together or to have some space to themselves. Lots of options for everyone to do! Unfortunately (or fortunately) we never figured out how to use the tv effectively or the DVD player, but honestly, I think that was for the best! It’s a nice walk to the beach, and you can hear the ocean while hanging out in the yard or on the porch.

One of my favorite places I have ever stayed with AirBnB. Very clean, updated, and cozy. Slept 10 very comfy for my bachelor trip. Easily walkable to the beach and in easy driving range to food and stores. The only thing I wish I would’ve done differently is rent the golf cart! Neighbors were a bit noisy, but I didn’t mind. 10/10👍🏼

This home was absolutely beautiful. It was a perfect walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed. Stephanie was a great host and was great at communication. The location is very nice and we will be back for sure.
