Recently restored portion of villa sorrounded by a delicious garden, 10 minutes from Venice and really close to Mestre Railway station and bus stop. Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. The touristic city tax (€4,00 for each adult per night) is not included in the price and it has to be paid at the check in. Renovated October 2023!!!

Lovely fjord-house with reserved car parking and fenced garden with sunset over the water. It is situated at only 50 mt the "Sporting Fiordi" and it is close to the shopping area. On the ground floor there are a living room and kitchen, arbour with lagoon view, bbq and garden forniture. On the first floor there are a bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, bathroom with shower box. The house is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, safe, microwave, mosquito nets.

Strategic position in the heart of Veneto. 1 hour drive from Venice and Verona and 35 minutes from Padua and Vicenza. A short distance from many restaurants to taste the local specialties.

La Bicocca is a detached house (for 4 people, and on request it is possible to add a single bed in one of the two bedrooms) The pool is not private but is shared with another nearby house.
