Holiday rentals with a patio in Isola di Capo Rizzuto

FANTASTICO Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura durante una regata. L’appartamento è perfetto per ubicazione perché a 5 minuti a piedi dal circolo, a 5 minuti a piedi dal lungomare dove ci sono vari ristoranti. Abbiamo sempre trovato da parcheggiare sotto casa, parcheggio libero! L’appartamento è come presentato nelle foto, stupendo e nuovissimo. Completo di tutto. A noi ci ha accolto Gaetano, il quale è stato gentilissimo, ci ha fornito di tutte le indicazioni possibili. Sicuramente torneremo. Grazie di cuore Gaetano

Francesco's place in located in a relatively quiet place (gets quite noisy on the weekends, including loud music at the pool in the afternoon). Our kids loved the big pool! We went in the mornings, when it wasn't crowded. We also liked the beach a lot, we went in the evening, when it was quiet and the sunsets were amazing. To access the gym, one needs a key, which I was told, they only give to owners, not guests. Francesco was very kind and found a solution, so that my husband could use it. For me, a runner, the only downside of the location is no paths to run on and roads with no side. Otherwise, we loved the place! The apartment itself was small but more than enough for the 4 of us. My only complaint could be it wasn't supe clean and the kitchen equipment was quite basic (no bread knife or toaster). The air-con was great :) Francesco was always available for questions via messages and replied swiftly. All in all, I would definitely recommend the place! Thank you, Francesco :)

Catia ist eine besonders aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Sie wohnt im selben Haus im Erdgeschoß und hilft mit Rat und Tat. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Fotos.

Consiglio vivamente intorno tante cose belle da scoprire posizione della casa a tutto il necesario intorno supermercato farmacia panetteria davanti una spiaggia molto tranquilla noi siamo stati molto bene la disponibilità di Giovanni sempre presente!! 😊casa molto comoda e pulita come descritto.

We traveled all across Italy, and this was by far the best and most well-equipped place we stayed. The welcome was warm and thoughtful, and the house itself is absolutely beautiful—inside and out. It had everything we needed and more. Spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. Hands down the best place we stayed during our trip. Amazing host, amazing experience—couldn’t have asked for more.

Consiglio a tutti un soggiorno a casa di Eliza. L'alloggio è nuovo, molto pulito, arredato con gusto, accessoriato e molto vicino al mare Io sono originaria di quelle parti e la casa è decisamente fuori dagli standard tradizionali, una bella sorpresa devo dire! Eliza ha risposto sempre velocemente a tutte le mie richieste e ci ha proposto un late check out, molto apprezzato, visto che mio figlio non stava bene. Se posso dare un piccolo suggerimento, direi di fornire un asciugacapelli che al mare è sempre comodo Per il resto non manca niente, addirittura ombrellone, sedie e giochi per la spiaggia. Spero di tornare il prossimo anno

Ho prenotato l'alloggio per i nostri tecnici ed è stato davvero tutto impeccabile, dall'ordine e dalla pulizia dell'alloggio alla reattività dell'host sempre disponibile e gentile. Consigliamo!

we only stayed for 1 day and we didn't made justice to the place. if youbare visiting this place atleast you should book for 4 -5 days. what a great host and family. the whole farm house was so wonderful and peaceful. my daughters really had a good time with the pets. one of the best croissant I had in breakfast made my hosts wife. place is so wonderful and I can't wait to return back. we'll done and keep maintaining the standard.

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

L’accoglienza di Francesca e della sua famiglia ci ha fatti sentire come a casa, hanno pensato a dare il benvenuto perfino ai nostri cagnolini! L’alloggio é curato in ogni dettaglio e si trova in una zona molto tranquilla a due passi dal mare. Consigliatissimo!

Beautiful views of the bay and cliffs! Easy communication with Salvatore who welcomes you at the property and provides a full guide with places to eat and things to do in the area. The property is in a quiet area not far from everything you need. We choose to spend our 2 night stay taking the short walk to the private residential beach and enjoying the day/night views from every corner of the house! An unforgettable stay and would definitely go back! Thank you for sharing your lovely place Salvatore.

Alloggio perfetto per dormire senza scocciature intorno, ambiente pulito, con condizionatore e tv. host gentilissimo e super reattivo nella comunicazione. Posto con panorama bellissimo . Consigliato

We had a great time, the house is exactly as described, bathroom and rooms are renovated and the kitchen had plenty of utensils and cutlery. Marco left a few basic supplies but I suppose this will depend on what guest left behind. Marco left a nice hotel soaps with the towels which is a nice gesture. The location is good the city centre is only 15 min waking down and 25min if you are going back up...good luck! the place is spotless the beds very comfy and air-conditioning in all rooms,also smartTV in the kitchen, top notch facilities, families need to be mindful that there is no microwave. The property is located in a high street with plenty of bars, patisserie and supermarket. The property is located near train tracks, you can hear the train but it is not a bother as we spend most of our time away. The garden needs some care and attention to remove clutter to make it more attractive. we would definitely come back. Calabria is great and this is base to explore the region.

La maison est spacieuse et confortable, idéalement située au coeur de la vieille ville, dans un écrin de verdure. Très calme. Francesca nous a très bien accueilli. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable.

Villa Ulivo è stata per noi una bella sorpresa! Casa piccola ma con tutto e di più! Ottimo il giardino, la lavatrice e anche la lavastoviglie. Il top è stato avere AC nelle stanze, poi la possibilità di verdure freschissime dall'orto del padre di Enrico. E infine la compagnia di 2 simpatici cagnolini. Un posto che vale la pena di andare.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben alle Vorinformationen haben gepasst. Die Lage bzw. die Nähe zum Strand ist sehr gut. Man geht nur 3 Minuten. Da wir in der Spätsaison vor Ort waren, waren dort auch sehr wenige Leute bzw. nur Einheimische anwesend. Schade ist nur, dass sehr wenige Englisch sprechen. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man super per Auto die Supermärkte und Restaurant besuchen. In Marina Davoli ist eine super Gelateria Con Gusto und in Braci & Galici kann man gut essen. Größere Auswahl an Geschäften und Restaurant ist dann in Soverato. Die Unterkunft ist für Familie gut geeignet, da auch ein Kinderbett vorhanden ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Salvatore è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. L'alloggio era pulitissimo e completamente arredato. Il posto molto tranquillo ma vicinissimo a tantissime attrazioni della zona e soprattutto alle splendide spiagge vicine. Struttura consigliatissima.

Die Ankunft im Dorf war aufgrund der Fahrt nach oben bereits besonders. Die Auffahrt dauert ca 10min. und vermittelt einen ersten Eindruck über die Aussicht. Ein kleines Bergdorf mit viel Charm und sehr freundlichen Menschen. Es gibt eine Pizzeria und auch einen kleinen Einkaufsladen. Die Unterkunft ist ein sehr sauber. Wir haben uns dort sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist so idyllisch und mit viel Liebe hergerichtet. Wer Ruhe mag ist hier genau richtig. Stefania und ihre Familie sind sehr zuvorkommend und das auf eine um aufdringliche Art. Wir kommen gerne wieder….
