Welcome to Casa Dolce Vita, an intimate and well-kept retreat, brimming with charm and perfect for those seeking authentic moments of relaxation and well-being on Lake Maggiore. In this small residence, the perfect place to escape from the daily grind, you can spend your holidays between dips in the pool and aperitifs on the terrace, enjoying the tranquillity provided by the natural surroundings and the unforgettable views. The swimming pool is surrounded by the greenery of the communal park and can be used from June to September.

Cà del Bif

Cà del Bif overlooks the pier of the village of Nesso; the house dates back to the 1600s and has been our holiday residence for generations. Here we all learned to swim, practiced various water sports, went on many excursions and then met up in the evening all together on the pier to fish. In 1925, Hitchcock filmed The Pleasure Garden here. The apartment is about 50 square meters with a bedroom, bathroom and living room. Cà del Bif is reached by walking along a medieval cobblestone road (200 m from the church)

The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.
