Welcome to Studio Solare, with a stunning view in the heart of Portorož. 2 minutes walking distance from the sea and 15 minutes to medieval town Piran. Studio Solare is a stone cottage with big windows where you feel part of the nature. It might be small, but it has everything you need. Fully eqipped kitchen, coffe machine, TV with Netflix and WiFi, bathroom and sleeping area in the looft which is accessible by the staircase. There is also a big garden, outdoor sitting area and fee parking.

Our apartament is in the town Rovinj that has begun its romantic life on an island, narrow streets,still untouched by modern urbanism. You’ll love our apartament because of the location, and the ambiance. This apartament is good for couples, business travelers and families. Our apartament is close to the beach (just 250m!) nature (Cuvi-long promenade close to the beach, just few meters from our apartament), sport and recreation activities and ofcourse, restaurants and stores.

This garden guest house apartment is ideal for a couple looking for a getaway, family with kids or a small group of friends. Few steps from the only city centre beach and Euphrasian Basilica in the Historic Centre of Poreč. There is a free parking for a car in the garden - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are allowed with charge of 8 euros per day that is payable upon arrival. There is also 1000 m2 big shared garden with swimming pool, barbecue and a lot of different places for seat and enjoy surrounded with plants and green. All apartments are for adults and for two persons only. Sauna is out of function. SWIMMING POOL IS SHARED. We have 4 apartments in total.

Our B&B is located in a quiet area but at the same time is 15 minutes from the center of Trieste, also close to the seaside and the beautiful Val rosandra, where you can go for a walk along the river. we have one room and we called "Green Mind" because here you can relax your body and soul in a green peacefu l place.
