Holiday rentals with a sauna in Istria

We had a great stay and Lana was very communicative.

The apartment of Matej and Andreja was very stylishly decorated and very well equipped. Our highlight was definitely the sauna in the bathroom, which we could use at any time! The property is perfectly located for excursions in the area (Postojna and Skocjan Cave). Supermarket is a 5-minute walk. Matej and Andreja were both very warm, gave us recommendations for the area and were just great hosts!! We really enjoyed the stay :)

Nice little ground floor appartment. The infrared sauna is a bonus.

It was very quiet and wonderful ! All completely private ! All clean ! The outdoor area is of course the highlight with pool and barbecue area! Thanks very much for the experience We will be happy to come back

Bright apartment, very spacious, aesthetic. Very well equipped and located. Highly recommended! Keep in mind: If you go in a particular car there is difficulty finding parking.

I can absolutely recommend the place. The Vermiterin and her son are very nice and warm people. There is everything in the house. Pool use included in the price. We quickly felt at home. The location is a bit remote, but this is very nice because you have your peace and quiet. A Lidl is about 10 min. by car. The sea can be reached in about 20 minutes. From us 5 stars and a thank you to the Vermiter. We will most likely go back there in the next few years.

This Airbnb was by far my absolute favorite stay ever! Everything about it was perfect—the space was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt like a true home away from home. The host’s attention to detail made all the difference, from the thoughtful touches around the property to the seamless communication throughout my stay. The location was ideal, offering both convenience and charm. I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but this one truly stands out above the rest. I can’t recommend it enough and hope to return someday!

A great place to recommend, everything matched the description and photos. The host is a very positive and honest person, he made clear about the rules of using the accommodation. Before arrival, he shared all the information he needed about the location and was in constant contact. He responded quickly to every question. He provided comprehensive details about the neighborhood. All with a big smile on your face :) The view from the penthouse terrace is annoying 🤩 The pool is a nice soothing in the heat, sun bathing on comfortable sunbeds, coffee on the deck with a captivating view, what more could you want? Highly recommended!❤️ Our recommendations: Walk along the promenade towards Iki and Opatija. Lucica restaurant with fresh and delicious seafood and especially hake. Opatje,Kolloseum bar where there are delicious drinks and a beautiful view. Deer Beach - a difficult descent (but we made it with an infant in the carrier). Beach, small, wild boar with perfect smooth pebbles and a million dollar view.

The villa is perfect - super clean, best amenities. Great pool, sauna and hot tub. Also the location in nature is very nice and quiet and great places in the area are easily accessible by car. There was nothing missing and we'd love to come back!!

Very good experience, just a few steps from the sea, very well located and very spacious. They quickly responded to our requests and it was an excellent place to rest and go for a walk.

Just a perfect place. Own peace in your courtyard and buzzing medieval town and restaurants out the door. The space in the house was just right for a big group. Own space for everyone to chill while big enough common spaces indoors and outdoors to hangout together.

recommended accommodation for a large group of friends or family perfect amenities. hyper-functional appliances . abundance of fridge spaces and kitchen utensils (always comfortable in summer) nearby towns are easily accessible ( apart from the obvious codes of Croatian August). beach 1.5 km (difficult to reach on foot. ) Caribbean Dina was kind and also gave us a lot of suggestions.

We were more than satisfied. The privacy was exactly as we imagined it. After a small problem, the landlord was there so quickly. We lacked nothing. The sunrises at the top seat were intoxicating. It was all in all a beautiful stay that we will never forget. The house ,the surroundings ,just everything.
