The nearest coastal towns are just a short drive from the villa.(15km).From Fažana it is possible to take a boat trip to Brijuni National Park. You can visit central Istria to enjoy amazing views and taste Istrian delicacies prosciutto fuža and other specialties. Visit Pula, the Roman amphitheater, the beautiful Rovinj, the castle in Savičenta.

Romantic villetta with the pool close to the sea

Modern villetta in Istria, across Brijuni near Pula. Surrounded by Mediterranean garden, ideal for a couple, but it can accommodate up to four people. Located 200m from the beach, the house offers wellness, rest and reconnecting with nature. In the house one can find everything needed for a relaxed vacation, and in the garden there are unique Biodesign pool, whirlpool, dining area and the grill. And a lot of greenery (we are nature and bee friendly). Property is fully fenced and pet friendly.

Vacation house Kate will enchant you with its fascinating sea view. You can enjoy the sea view while relaxing on the sun loungers. It is located 250m from the nearest beach. It can accommodate 5-6 people. The holiday home has a dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two terraces. There is also an outdoor grill. It is fully air-conditioned, each room has its own air conditioning and heating. Pets are welcome.

This unique place has a style all its own. An old stone house has been converted into a stylish, small vacation home with a lot of sensitivity. It offers all amenities for two people as well as a wonderful, private, spacious terrace. In the large Mediterranean garden, there is a magnificent pool with a waterfall, pool loungers and a lounge area at your disposal. We are at your disposal with tips on restaurants and excursions.

Located on the second floor of a small historic building from the early 1800s, in a cul-de-sac that guarantees silence and tranquility while being in the historic district of San Giacomo, a few minutes' walk from the center. Area served by buses and shops of all kinds, free parking and paid parking nearby.
