Villa Lunetta is a modern retreat nestled in the heart of Istria, blending contemporary comfort with authentic local charm. Spanning 230 m² across a ground floor and gallery bedroom, it offers plenty of space for relaxation. Guests can enjoy a private infinity pool, children’s playground, and garden — all reserved exclusively for their use. The Light On The Hill-Elegant serenity&heated pool

The Light On The Hill is perfect for a couples and family. This is a spacious 80m2 apartment with private heated pool, private parking, modern outdoor area, covered dining area and lounge area. The apartment has been designed to offer comfort and pleasure with a dose of luxury. It is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by family homes and nature. You can enjoy breathtaking sunsets on the terrace, swim in the pool, make and enjoy your meals outdoor or simply relax in the outdoor area.

Villa Sara-Hrboki

This 3-room can accommodate up to 9 people and is therefore suitable for 2-3 families as it has fully fenced yard. The main house on the ground floor has a kitchen, living room and toilet. On the first floor are two bedrooms, one toilet and a sofa in the hallway. In the second house there is one bedroom, toilet, kitchen and living room( extendable couch). Large covered terrace, well and fireplace, and there is a large pool 8x4m2 with a beach of 100m2, and a table tennis and volleyball net.

It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

Honey House is located in the small original village of Jural near Kanfanar above the beautiful Lim Fjord. Honey House was once a traditional Istrian stone house which was restored and rebuilt in 2019 for your perfect holiday. The interior of the house is furnished with a combination of modern and rustic furniture, and the garden with an outdoor pool, a table and chairs for dining, a sofa and armchairs is the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday.
