Disclaimer: bookable only on Airbnb. The "Pozzo Fiorito" is one of two cottages located in our 15000 sq metres garden. Indipendent and distant from each other they assure privacy. It has two rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It offers the opportunity to combine visiting Rome, incomparably rich with history, together with a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. The Vineyard

'Il Vigneto' is a traditional stone house with terracotta tiles and exposed beams. A magnificent swimming pool over seven meters in length benefits from having full sun throughout the day. Adjacent to the pool is an extensive outdoor eating area along with a built-in BBQ. and Pizza oven. Inside, the house is spacious and immaculate with a modern, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, that also contains a sofa bed. There are two double bedrooms a bathroom with shower and a utility room room.

It is tastefully furnished to meet all your needs and is complete with a kitchen with an induction hob, a fridge, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, a kettle and air conditioning. The Resabe Cottages are immersed in the characteristic greenery of the Abruzzo countryside among olive trees and horses. There's plenty of outdoor space for both families and small groups of friends. The strategic location of the houses allows you to easily reach both the coast, therefore the long beaches of Pescara 20 minutes by car, and the highest mountains of the Apennines about 40 minutes, therefore both locations less than an hour away from the residence.

Mondello Pool & Suite is a vacation home in a villa with a large garden. 3 min driving (8 minutes walk) from the beach, 20 min from the airport and 15 min from the city center, it's the perfect place to spend your summer holidays and visit Palermo. The house consists of bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, living room with sofa bed and the common outdoor areas consist of garden, swimming pool, gym and solarium, outdoor shower, kitchenette and outdoor dining area.
