La Darsena di Villa Sardagna, dal 1720 pertinenza dell'omonima villa nobiliare in Blevio, è un open-space unico nel suo genere, realizzato in pietra antica, legno bianco e vetro. Si affaccia su uno splendido panorama caratterizzato dalle storiche ville lariane, tra cui il Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. Offre un magnifico terrazzino prendisole, ideale per romantici aperitivi al tramonto. La casa sulla Collina del Castello- Privacy totale

La casa è molto accogliente . Composta da un monolocale arredato in stile moderno con tutti i confort un angolo cottura e una sala da bagno con doccia e vasca idromassaggio. Il tutto immerso nella natura e la presenza esterna di una grande piscina ad USO ESCLUSIVO degli ospiti. La proprietà essendo in prossimità del castello Medievale non è raggiungibile con mezzo proprio, usiamo la nostra auto x portare gli ospiti e le valige. È comunque una passeggiata di 200 metri nel verde della collina.
