The house offers a bedroom with a shared bathroom, and for those traveling by public transport, a shuttle service is available from the station to the house and back.

The accommodation is situated in the middle of a homestead and adjacent to a historic villa, surrounded by the green of olive groves, vineyards and orchards. Equipped with wide spaces, parking your car for free on-site is possible. Rooms are double, triple and quadruple and each offers: wifi, a minibar, a hairdryer, a TV, and a ceiling fan. The breakfast is included, with fresh and local food. Then you can use the BBQ, the bikes and the products of our garden.

The Etna apartment is for 2-3 people. It is located on the first floor of the "Window to the Sea" structure. It has a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, wi-fi, a television, air conditioning, a safe, and a beautiful terrace where you can have breakfast in the morning while admiring the sea or dinner in the evening. The veranda, which can be completely closed, allows you to enjoy the view even on cooler days. Parking inside the B&B is free. Total of 12 beds.

Newly renovated apartment, with stunning views of the valley. The house is the result of the renovation of an old Carnic "stavolo," a stable where animals rested and harvested hay was dried. The Gufo Nero is a cottage suitable for a relaxing vacation spent admiring the view of the Carnic Alps and sipping a good Friulian wine, in front of the fireplace from which a fallen owl was rescued by mistake and blackened by soot.
