Holiday rentals with a pool in Italy

We had the most wonderful stay, the house and its location is just beautiful. We really enjoyed the scenic setting, the quietness, privacy, and comfort of the house (modern, very good bed, ..). On top of that we were welcomed by the very friendly hosts, who treated us with a most delicious cake, fresh eggs etc. Would love to return to enjoy this paradise.

We had a great stay. Francesco who welcomed us gave lots of useful recommendations and was always on hand to help. The villa was as described. We loved the outhouse next to the pool and hot tub and enjoyed playing pool and cooking there. Our only downside was that there is no where to walk to nearby although this was warned of with a car being advised as essential. The beaches are 30-40 minute car journey away. We visited scala dei turchi, licata, valley of temples and Cefalu with Cefalu being a longer day trip (1.5 hours each way) but worth it. Thank you, we will back to Sicily I am sure!

Roberto est un hôte très accueillant, il est très réactif et nous a donné de très bonnes recommandations dans le coin. Il nous a même apporté le petit déjeuner par deux fois. La maison a une vue imprenable sur la mer avec un accès privatif sans espace de sable pour se poser mais avec une petite terrasse bétonnée. Nous avons également bien profité de la terrasse extérieure qui est à l abri du vent et où nous avons passé de très agréables soirées. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine en Sicile et la localisation très proche de l aéroport (15 min) était un plus. Les villes de Trapani, Palerme, Mondello, Segeste sont facilement accessibles à moins d 1h et Cefalu à 1h20.

Gemütliche, großzügige Unterkunft mit tollem Außenbereich. Der Salzwasser Pool und die Außendusche sind fantastisch. Die Küchenausstattung ist super, es ist für alles gesorgt. Es gibt Spiele, Bücher, Liegen und Wasserspielgeräte für draußen. Die Außenküche haben wir sehr gerne genutzt, ein Hightlight ist der große Grill. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, der riesige Garten mit den Obstbäumen (von denen man Essen darf) ist auch für Kinder super. Der Vermieter ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Ein Auto ist nötig um die kleinen und großen Städte außenrum zu besichtigen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit hier, auch bei Wind und Regen findet man auf der großen überdachten Terrasse ein trockenes Plätzchen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, danke für alles!

the house was much more beautiful than we expected !! very nice and big kitchenette. The locaties near the brigde and the view on Borghetto is outstanding. the swimmingpool was perfect and the host very nice and helpfull. We were even invited for pizza with his friends. We had really a very nice stay !!

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Die Pools sind traumhaft schön. Allerdings müssen wir ganz ehrlich sagen, wären wir nicht mit Freunden zusammen dort gewesen die die Villa bewohnt haben wäre es zum Teil etwas schwierig geworden. Die Sitzgelegenheiten vor dem Poolhaus sind vorhanden aber bis zum Abend sehr heiß. Küche ist vorhanden mit allen was man braucht aber mit einer sehr sehr kleinen Arbeitsfläche die es sehr schwer macht zu kochen. Das war für uns aber kein Problem da wir den Großteil an der Villa verbracht haben. Wir hatten uns für diese Ferienhäuser entschieden da in der Beschreibung stand es gibt die Villa und das Poolhaus, allerdings ist das Poolhaus eine Doppelhaushälfte die auch bewohnt wird. Auf dem Gelände selber befindet sich noch weitere Ferienhäuser und es gibt einen Kiosk und einen weiteren Pool(der traumhaft ist) Es kommen aber auch Tagesgäste auf das Grundstück. Das alles ist nur zur Info. Wir hatten trotz allem einen tollen. Aufenthalt.

This is a luxury gem hidden away in a tranquil location. The only minus off season was that most restaurants <30 minutes away were closed (October) otherwise this place is magic, clean, newly refurbished, has all necessary amenities, incredibly private and has excellent hosts and goat farmer neighbors ;)

We had three adults and two teenagers stay for four nights. The space was great for us and having the views was just what we needed after travelling from Australia. Luigi was so helpful with finding us restaurant recommendations, tours, organising us lifts from the local bus stop and letting us know where the best supermarkets are. We wish to some day return!

Śliczne miejsce do którego każdego dnia z wielką przyjemnością się wracało, niedaleko miasteczka oraz stacji kolejowej. Bardzo mili gospodarze, gotowi pomóc w każdej sytuacji z wysokim poziomem komunikacji. Miejsce zdecydowanie godne polecenia.

Die Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore ist wunderschön. Großer Pluspunkt ist der gepflegte Pool. Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft.

Otroligt boende som överträffade förväntningarna, Francesco är en underbara värd som var väldigt hjälpsam och hade lokal rekommendationer på allt. Från bästa bageriet till vingården du inte får missa. Rekommenderar stark och kommer förmodligen tillbaka!

Elena è una Host piacevolissima. È super disponibile e gentile. Ci ha anche consigliato dove poter cenare e ci ha indicato un po’ i punti strategici della zona. L’alloggio è dotato di tutto. Addirittura Elena mette a disposizione assorbenti intimi per donne. Il mattino ci ha fatto pervenire anche dei croissant caldi e freschi e avevamo a disposizione tutto per la colazione. La vista dall’appartamento è spettacolare e nel periodo in cui siamo andati noi non passavano nemmeno troppe macchine che urtassero l’atmosfera. Purtroppo non abbiamo usufruito della piscina perché è ancora periodo di manutenzione però l’abbiamo vista ed è molto carina. Il box è capiente e vicino all’appartamento. Incluso negli spazi c’è una terrazza ampissima, accogliente e dotata di sdrai, ombra o sole, a preferenza, barbecue e tavolo con sedie. Davvero un bellissimo soggiorno!! Unica pecca, non per noi, se non si amano le lunghe passeggiate, nei dintorni, a piedi non si raggiungono i posti per prima necessità

Tolle neue Unterkunft und sehr nette Gastgeber! Die 3 Wohnungen sind noch sehr neu, die Anlage und Pool sind toll. Wir hatten sehr gutes Wetter und die Unterkunft war einfach perfekt. Sehr ruhig gelegen, aber man kann zu Fuß zu allen Attraktionen. Lucia und Familie waren außergewöhnlich nett, aber dennoch sehr diskret. Wir waren mit unserer 1,5 Jahre alten Tochter dort, Babybett etc. wurde perfekt bereitgestellt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

The view is utterly spectacular. I will remember sitting on that patio eating breakfast for the rest of my life. Giulia is very responsive. Her parents, who live above, are very sweet and friendly. The layout worked for us - one of the bedrooms is connected to another one, so if you have young kids it's perfect to be near them. it's a 1K walk to town which we did everyday and found it delightful. it's away from the most touristy part of town and you pass a grocery store on the way to Porta Messina so it's actually quite convenient. You'll also pass the stairs to the Lumbini parking lot where a lot of the Etna tours pick up. the pool was fabulous - the pool deck also has a cornucopia of fruit trees, then there are the chickens and the aviaries. it's honestly unforgettable.

Our stay was amazing, better than the pictures. Upon arrival, we were met by the owner and greater with home made wine and shown around. The surrounding grounds were immaculate and it was peaceful. Coming from America, I was sure I would be uncomfortable without AC or a fan. I found however, that we were very comfortable and the nightly breeze through the house at night was better than a fan. We would definitely stay again, we loved our week stay!

Mario's AirBnB has a great location, it was very close to the two vila's we wanted to visit (Vila Carlotta and Vila del Balbianello), so there was no hassle with ferries etc. in the morning. We also very much loved the beautiful view from the balcony, on the mountains and Lake Como. The kitchen was very well equipped and the sofa bed was comfortable. However, the biggest plus of the AirBnB was Mario himself! He kindly picked us up from the ferry port in Tremezzo and even gave us a ride to Vila del Balbianello the day we left! He was also very responsive via text and gave us great tips! Would highly recommend!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo alloggio immerso nella natura. La casa è bellissima, curata in ogni dettaglio e pulita. Gli host sono stati incredibilmente gentili e sempre disponibili per ogni nostra esigenza. Soprattutto la signora Ina che si preoccupava ogni giorno di chiederci come stessimo e come procedesse il nostro soggiorno, consigliandoci anche cosa vedere e alcuni ristoranti. Un luogo ideale per chi cerca relax e tranquillità, con il comfort di una casa tenuta davvero bene. Torneremo sicuramente!

Based on the previous wonderful reviews of Antiqua degli D’ulivi, a year ago we booked a three week stay in the outskirts of Cortona in Pergo. We had our kids, grandkids and dear friends with us and as we drove through the gates into the Villa, we entered a magical place filled with generosity, laughter, relaxation, wonderful food, a refreshing pool and golden light. Massi was always there to help us with any questions we had and refill our olive oil bottle with the amazing green liquid made from his olives. We enjoyed the most delicious lunch with his family and they also were such giving, lovely people. We learned so much about Italy and Tuscany from them: porcini mushrooms, Perugia soccer teams, local markets, hot springs near Montepulciano, nearby restaurants, vineyards, hikes and more. We highly recommend an extended stay at this Tuscan home—we were so fortunate to experience it for three glorious weeks. The memories will be long lasting and always treasured. Mille Grazie to Massi

A perfect Villa in a perfect location! It’s a 15 walk down to Sorrento(20 mins back up the hill) which we found very convenient versus taking the car. The beautiful Villa was excellent, highlights included a wonderful outdoor area with flowers/garden, a great big pool and a very nice kitchen. The bedrooms were huge/comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. I highly recommend this place to anyone who likes their privacy, it was extremely quiet here, but it’s also close to amenities like groceries, shopping, etc. The local restaurant Colle Di Sorrento, a 5 minute walk from the Villa, is a must if you like authentic local food, including pizza. Luigi was a fantastic host, always available to answer any questions and also very helpful with directions, recommendations, etc. Luigi also went above and beyond when our plans changed due to weather issues, he was the best host! 10+ stay!

A beautiful place to explore wider Puglia from. Great host. Would return. Situated just north of Porto Cesareo. Car essential with parking space inside secure perimeter walls. Most sights were 45-90 minute drive. Modern, clean with comfortable furnishings and beds. Well equipped kitchen. Self-catered: 20 mins to nearest Lidl. Short drive to reach restaurants (10 minutes). End of October still warm and sunny in daytime (shorts, t-shirt and slides). Able to swim in small pool (very refreshing though ☺️) and in the sea at nearby beach (5 mins walk: sandy and shallow). Arrived after a severe rain so suffered more with mosquitoes outside which stopped us sitting out in the evenings sadly. Solar-powered hot water very limited (max 2 very short showers). No hot water from kitchen tap. Immersion heater did not seem to get temperature past tepid even after a couple of hours. Would be less of an issue in high summer. Out of season largely was silent around (beach club noise one evening).

Elodies villa was exactly as described and perfect for a family holiday. The seperate buildings enabled everyone some privacy and outdoor living area by the pool both functional and flexible. The hosts were very responsive and responded almost instantly to any question. We took the recommendation to bring in Massimo Mancarella as our personal chef for our final farewell dinner and he is an amazing chef, preparing our best meal of our trip. Such a nice way to end our Puglia holiday dining outdoors together being treated with an amazing meal and service.

The house looks good like on a picture. When we checked in , it was not cleaned up after previous guests, bus Susanne was responsive and organize quickly a cleaning lady and refund us cleaning fee . I’m satisfy with a stay. The only minus that you can’t park right in front of the house, might be uncomfortable if you carrying heavy things. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Had the most amazing time in this beautiful place! Stayed for 5 nights, two families with young children, and felt at home once we got there. We were amazed by the design and surroundings. Not enough words to describe!

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!
