My space is a cozy new chalet, with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and balcony on the first floor, and on the second floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a deck with an incredible view. Spacious house with an entire glass front, making it possible to see a wonderful sunset every day from the living room. All the rooms in the house overlook the mountains. Our property is 25 km away from the center of Itamonte (12 km of asphalt plus 13 km of dirt road). In rainy periods (SUMMER) inquire in advance about the DIRT ROAD CONDITIONS and the weather forecast. We accept small to medium-sized dogs that ARE NOT PUPPIES.
