Wonderful Flat, all new and functioning perfectly. Close to commerce, markets, restaurants, pharmacies… 10 min walking to water park. Dona Adelina always very helpful and attentive. We'll be back soon!

Marcos was totally kind and nice to our family. You welcomed us very well, it was quite flexible with check-out and check-out times. The apartment had more than we needed for a quick stay. It actually had more than we needed, since we only spent one night. For those who go to Aman, it's the best place, safe, very close and comfortable. My son decided to go at the last minute and Marcos was also very flexible about that. I just have to thank you!

Very well assembled Studio. Beautiful and clean. Tiago very solicitous. Studio exactly as advertised. Great location, just in front of Resende Shopping. Self Checkin very simple and easy.

Ideal space for stays for both work and leisure. I stayed with my son (11 years old) for 4 days and everything went well. Easy communication with the host (he solved any problems that might arise very quickly). Beautiful space, well maintained, clean, good internet, good quality TV streaming and with the convenience of being downtown. I recommend it.

The apartment is exactly like in the listing, we host for 1 month. All worked right, the condominium is ok, no noise. The communication with the Janai was great, he was always available to assist us.

First of all, the house is amazing! It exceeds expectations! Everything is very clean and organized! Very, very comfortable! Both the sauna and the hydro bath are excellent! The house's environments are very tasteful! There are also good restaurants around! Beautiful waterfalls near the condo! The people of the village of Serrinha are very welcoming! After 6 days in the house, I left rested, invigorated and very happy! I didn't want to leave! I wish I could have stayed more days there! I thank Paulo for everything! Gratitude!

We had a wonderful stay in this little paradise. The view is beautiful, the accommodation is extremely comfortable and very well equipped. The north entrance to Itatiaia Park is relatively not far away and there are walks next to the house (waterfalls etc.) Wifi works great for those who work remotely. Thanks to Adriana but also to Jaci, Janilson and Silvana for their availability, we hope to be back soon!

Aconchego is the word that can describe the space. We were very well received by Adriana and Gian, received all the necessary information, and were extremely helpful, attentive and caring to me and my family. We had a quiet, pleasant stay, both during the time of the tour and in the moments of rest in the house watching TV or reading by the fireplace, and we had the support of them and the housekeeper all the time. The Host is always mentioned and I will not escape the rule. Denise was wonderful. Always interested in meeting our needs. The place is magical for those looking for tranquility. The village council wanted to also record the kindness and promptness of the farm team. They make no effort to make their stay an unforgettable event. The house is wonderful. Extremely clean and very well maintained. Very white bed linen and towels. The photos depict the real situation of the property. Very nice place and Andreia is very friendly and attentive. I'll definitely rent the house again.

Claudio's place looks even better than in the pictures. There are so many details around the house. Deco is well thought. The kitchen has all the appliances you might need. The fireplace makes it all cosy and he previously left plenty of wood prepared. Claudio was super friendly and I received the clearest instruction of all my Airbnb experiences. He also suggested great activities for us to do in the park. I already recommended the place to several of my friends.

An amazing experience, Douglas responds super fast and is always very polite. Fabio helped and showed us everything. The location is easy to find and a delightful house to enjoy with friends and family. It was great!
