The apartment is really excellent, very beautiful and has everything you need. Sérgio is very good at welcoming people, became available and always responded quickly.

The apartment is well located, comfortable and has 24h concierge. The co-host Cintia responded to me quickly, was very friendly, as well as demonstrating flexibility when possible. The kitchen and bathroom of the apto were well clean, as well as the bedding. The kitchen items are simple, but they catered for my short stay. I recommend it!

Beautiful apartment in Campinas. Certainly one of the best accommodation options in Campinas if your goal is to relax and enjoy some time with someone special. The place was clean, safe and very quiet. The house has a lot, from kitchen utensils, some ingredients like cooking oil and salt, and also clean towels and bed linen. One thing that ended up being annoying was that the gym and sauna were under maintenance during our stay, so if that's something you're looking for, it's always good to ask before, but for us it ended up not being such a bad thing either, because the place itself was worth every penny we paid. The location is also great, with lots of restaurants within a 10~15 minute walk, and also with the Jequitibás woods, a beautiful park, very close to the building. On the days we stayed there was no soccer game, but it is worth paying attention to this, as the Guarani stadium, the Brinco D'Ouro, is practically next to the building.

Flawless apartment, clean, wonderful, super chic, well decorated! Location very good, the building has 24h porter, super friendly and gentle, heated pool and jacuzzi, sauna and complete gym! The co-host was super helpful! I'm sure they'll come back more often!

Very good experience, well-kept space, with all the facilities available, as advertised, communication was very quick and effective, responded quickly and was very flexible in relation to check-in and check-out times, being there at both times for delivery and collection of keys. Deborah welcomed us with great affection and kindness. The house was spotlessly clean and smelling. The well-equipped kitchen, we do not need to carry any utensils, the rooms well organized and with all the bed linen and towels available. We were with a 1 year and 8 month baby and when we arrived we were pleased to have prepared for the small area with mats and toys. In addition to all the pampering. Were great days, the pool is large, it has playgroud and a beautiful garden. We all feel at home! The Neném and the two dogs we took loved everything and so did us.

We spent the Easter holiday, it was a delight! This place is ideal for those seeking peace and contact with nature. Saulo and Dulcinea are amazing people, presented all the environments of the house, all very clean and organized, I really felt very comfortable. We received pampering our arrival, a delicious handmade bread and fruit, without words for this couple! We took our Pet and we were very quiet the whole enclosed and very safe space. No doubt we will return more often! Saulo and Dulcinea, thank you for everything, your house is sensasional. See you next time.

Imagine a fabulous place in many ways, clean, well cared for, safe and with a great service offered. This is Chácara Primavera. Mr. Alencar very polite and helpful. Nado and Ana, are the homemakers who are in the mood for whatever it is necessary, dedicated and kind. Peter the doguin is simply the most polite and courteous dog we have ever known, very kind to other pets. Clean pool, impeccable court, finally a harmonious place. Indico and we'll be back for sure!

I loved the apartment!! Worth every cent. It has 2 toilets of excellent size, super well-equipped kitchen, service area with a washer and iron. My son lived in Campinas and always stayed in hotels. Now I'll just stay in this apartment.
