Holiday rentals with a patio in São Paulo

Very beautiful and totally safe condominium, clean, organized with 24hrs gatehouse. The same apto offered by the app. Clean, with clean and smelling bed and pillow linen. Clean Refrigerator. Simple instructions for the use of appliances. a great area for washing and withdrawing clothes. We really like it and we'll definitely be back and we'll be sure to go back and indicate. Suggestion: A larger mirror in the hallway, because the bathroom is small and tall. We feel at home. Thank you!

We stayed at Eder's and Letícia's house for 5 days, and it was excellent. Letícia was always attentive to our issues and resolved all very quickly, the coverage is very functional, perfect for a couple. Well equipped kitchen, well ventilated. Tasty pool, ample space, and a lot of privacy. WE LOVE

The loft is very good and organized, it has everything we need. The outdoor space has a good shower. The entrance was very flexible. We had very nice days,I give the place a 10.(I just missed a chair and sun guard,I think it would be very subtle. . I'll be back for sure

Mr. Georges is Vitória They are extremely helpful, kind, all we need to respond quickly, on the women's day Vitória went to the house to greet us and took a box of chocolate, we were delighted! The house is charming, much better than the photos, a beautiful view, the space integrated with the barbecue, swimming pool and the house are wide, airy! All very clean, everything we need had in the house. We're already planning to come back!

The accommodation is exactly the same as the photos, the atmosphere of the house is very cozy and delicious! The staff was extremely requested and gave all the information and tips for our stay in Paraty to be wonderful! To go to the historic center you need a car, but it's pretty close! I highly recommend the accommodation with Stella Brandão.

José Roberto is a great host, polite, responds quickly, answered all my questions before and after closing the reservation, flexibility at check-in and check-out, which makes all the difference. The accommodation is very good is close to the beach( using the car), if you do not want to use the car you have uber that was what we used and during the week I found the value great, to walk is a bit far away about 20 min. I recommend.

We stayed a week from 01/14 to 01/21, we love the location of the house, close to the beach we managed to walk quietly, close to the center which helps a lot in the locomotion, the house held well the 07 people,the swimming pool and grill area are great, condominium and quiet, we miss Air fry,and washing machine would help, but we already knew that there was no other, all the same ad, Gisele and André are super attentive, always responded and helped me quickly, thank you for the attention until the next.

Apartamento da Thais is exactly like in the pictures, with a beautiful view of the beach of Enseada. The building's pools are wonderful and the facilities of the building are excellent (Ice Machine, toy library and beinquedos). Thais is also super responsive and helps with all the details and recommendations. The beach is quiet and the beach service also works very well. We recommend a lot and are on our personal list!

The accommodation is very comfortable, with ample spaces and three full bathrooms, which makes it ideal for families or groups. It is located within a condominium with great leisure areas, such as a pool with a great view and a tennis court. The beach is very close, just a 5 minute walk, although you can also go by car as there is parking near the beach. Also, the condominium beach service in Camburizinho is excellent, which makes the stay even more comfortable. Only caution is recommended when crossing the rhodovía if you decide to walk. The location is also great, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Highly recommended!

We love the apartment! Very comfortable, organized and clean. It offered many amenities such as brewery, good household items and air-conditioning. Very helpful hosts. Anyway, great experience and we intend to come back other times.
