Holiday rentals with beach access in Ithaki

My son and I had a wonderful stay. Maria, Yorgos and Dimitra were wonder hosts. They were so accommodating, helpful and kind, driving us to the supermarket when the one in fiskardo closed, the wonderful breakfasts and for tips and suggestions and generally being very welcoming. The apartment is beautiful stunning views from the balcony with everything we needed, and in a perfect location for Fiskardo and all the surrounding beaches. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Mirka is so kind, always with a smile on her face! Her apartment is just like we see on the site, with everything we need to feel like we were at home. House cleaning and change of sheets and towels every other day - that’s a plus!!! A walk distance to restaurants and market. Central localization in the island, easy to go everywhere!! We thoroughly recommend this accomodation! We will surely be back many more times!!! Thanks Mirka!!!

Η φιλοξενία μας ήταν υπέροχη! Δεν έχω λόγια για τις παροχές και την καθαριότητα! Είχε όλες τις παροχές και ακόμη παραπάνω! Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ ευγενική και φιλόξενη! Η επικοινωνία μας ήταν άψογη! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, εκπληκτικά καθαρό θα έλεγα! Μας παρείχαν τα πάντα, από καφέ μέχρι μαντηλακια ντεμακιγιαζ! Έχω μείνει σε πολλά καταλύματα Airbnb εντός Ελλάδας και εκτός και πρώτη φορά έμεινα θετικά έκπληκτη! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα, θα το επισκεπτόμουν σίγουρα ξανά!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dem Apartment von Makis gefühlt. Beim Check-In war seine Mutter vor Ort und hat uns freundlich empfangen. Im Allgemeinen war das Apartment sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage.

LA CASA DI MARINA E' PERFETTA, LA CONSIGLIO VOLENTIERI A TUTTI I MIEI AMICI, IN CASA TROVI DI TUTTO, LA CASA E' SPAZIOSA E COMODA. LA PISCINA E' GESTITA IN MODO IMPECCABILE, NELL'ATTESA CHE GLI ALTRI MEMBRI SI PREPARAVANO PERE USCIRE LA SERA IO TRASCORREVO UN'ORA IN TUTTO RELAX IN PISCINA. LA CASA E' VICINA AL CENTRO DI LEFKADA MA IN UNA ZONA MOLTO TRANQUILLA. ESSENDO UN'ISOLA MOLTO GRANDE E' OBBLIGATORIO SPOSTARSI IN AUTO.

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig angefragt und waren dann auch noch zu früh... alles kein Problem für Rubije. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, in ihrer süßen Wohnung, aber auch in dem kleinen Ort. Klare Empfehlung!

I had been wanting to visit Ithaki for a long time and I got there on literally the last ferry and was lucky enough to count on Anastasia's home to welcome me there. The house is equipped with everything one might need for a short vacation, is 2 minutes away from the port, the cafeterias, taverna, etc. The environment is quite and inspires trust. I even walked up to the so called Odysseus Palace (ca. 50 minutes up the hills), it was a beautiful and symbolical walk, which one can do by car in probably just 10 minutes. Anastasia has a very warm, welcoming and always ready to help presence. Ευχαριστώ πολύ, it was a pleasure. Hopefully see you next time!

This was our second stay with Ioanna... Absolutely fantastic. The hospitality shown from this lady is second to none, as she goes way over what is expected from a host. The room is spotlessly clean and the view from the balcony is world class.... We had breakfast on the balcony every morning and drinks when the sun was going down.... Incredible. The village itself is a lovely small Greek fishing village with plenty restaurants, some lovely gifts shops and beautiful Greek bakers shops It's a couple of minutes walk from the apartment into the centre. We would definitely recommend Ioanna's place to everyone. Thank you again Ioanna❤️

We relished our stay at Dimitris‘ and Ioannas place enormously. It is romantic and easily the most beautiful old house in Poros. Close by the water one can see and hear the sea constantly. In addition we were made to feel welcome and at home instantly.

The house was absolutely fantastic. The beach was so close and private. Just awesome views everywhere. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking pots/pans, cutlery, utensils, dishes, cups, mugs and glasses. It was amazing to have a whole house to ourselves. Very peaceful, especially sitting on the beach. Caterina, our host, was perfect and communicated very well. We would love to stay again.

Die Unterkunft, die Lage und das Haus sind einfach nur Grossartig. Die Einrichtung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Der kleine Strand in der Nähe ist ein Naturstrand mit den dazu gehörenden Seegrasrückständen. Aber sonst absolut sauber und ruhig. Kostas hat es sich nicht nehmen lassen, uns persönlich zu begrüssen. Zu unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank für unser nächstes Frühstück gefüllt, eine Flasche Wein aus eigener Produktion auf dem Tisch. Herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft! Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Kaminia blue sehr genossen.

We had fantastic time at Villa Galini. Dimitris was very helpful and kind host. The location was great and the view so beautiful. Assos has so much to offer: great beach, restaurants and a nice quiet location. I hope we will be back one day

Wat een geweldig huisje en omgeving! De tuin is mooi privé en het huisje super netjes. Pantazis is een echte gastheer en super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De omgeving is prachtig aan de kust, je loopt zo het gezellige Sami in en met de auto ben je snel bij een van de andere stranden. De tuin is lekker prive en je voelt je snel thuis. Echt een top week gehad!

We found our accommodation lovely. It overlooks the very beautiful bay. We were met by Katerina’s mum Theodora. She was lovely to me and my wife. She made us feel right at home. The setting is wonderful. The accommodation is clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable. We had been left wine, butter, jams and toasted bread. There was also a number of pods for the. Espresso machine. This was lovely. I would like to also mention the lovely restaurant a few footsteps from our accommodation Demitris’ Taverna. There was a varied food menu and the food we had was great. Everyone was very welcoming and they also helped arrange taxis for my wife and nieces and also myself to take us to my Daughter’s wedding. A big thanks to them. To sum up, The Sea House, Geni is very nice place to stay. It is easy to find by car and you have parking. Our hosts were fantastic and friendly and we would recommend this property to anyone. Thanks once again for a lovely stay.

Ο Γιώργος ήταν εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης όσο και ο κύριος Στράτος, ο πατέρας του! Από τους πιο γλυκούς ανθρώπους που έχουμε γνωρίσει! Πρόσχαρος, πάντα έτοιμος να βοηθήσει, να προσφέρει συμβουλές! Είχαμε φίλο παρά οικοδεσπότη! Το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο, είχε μαγειρικά σκεύη και ο,τι άλλο μπορεί να χρειαστεί μια νοικοκυρά (ειλικρινά δεν έλειπε τίποτα) διάφορα αφεψήματα ως καλωσόρισμα. Ένιωθες σαν στο σπίτι σου! Το μπαλκόνι πανέμορφο. Στα συν του είναι η πανεύκολη και άμεση πρόσβαση στη παραλία. Σε ένα λεπτό με τα πόδια είσαι εκεί (κυριολεκτικά). Έχει πάρκινγκ για το αμάξι, άκρως βολικό. Ειλικρινά ήταν όλα υπέροχα! Θα χαρούμε να μείνουμε ξανά εκεί κυρίως για να ευχαριστηθούμε την γλυκιά καλημέρα του κύριου Στράτου και της γυναίκας του!

Beautiful studio, fully equipped and comfortable. I loved the location: it’s a bit on the edge of the village and very peaceful, but you can walk to the restaurants and supermarkets. Amazing sunrises over the sea from the balcony. I’ll come back here next time I’m in kephalonia. Warmly recommended!

Excellent accommodation for 2 adults & 1 child. 5 to 7 mins walk into town, which has numerous great restaurants. Private pool was excellent with bedroom & bathroom all spotless. Fresh linen & towels provided during stay. Perfect accommodation & location but it does require climbing some stairs so please bear this in mind.

Η διαμονή μας στο συγκεκριμένο διαμέρισμα στην Πρέβεζα ήταν εξαιρετική! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, με όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειαζόμασταν για μια ευχάριστη εξόρμηση από την πρωτεύουσα. Η τοποθεσία του ήταν ιδανική, κοντά στο κέντρο, σε παραλίες και αξιοθέατα. Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν άψογη! Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε και συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα το μέρος σε όποιον αναζητά ηρεμία και άνεση στην Πρέβεζα!

Η Βασιλικη ηταν πολυ καλη οικοδεσποινα και το σπιτι ηταν πολυ καθαρο.

Lovely apartment with excellent views . Marina's place was well appointed and everything worked very well. Marina was happy to accommodate our request for beach towels, extra set of keys and a late check out. The apartment is in a quiet residential area, within walking distance of local amenities. All in all a great stay and would highly recommend.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι σε πολύ καλό σημείο μέσα στη πόλη είναι τα πάντα δίπλα και μπορείς να βγεις το βράδυ με τα πόδια και δεν χρειαζρυε αυτοκίνητο .Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν πολύ ευγενική μας εξυπηρετούσε σε όλα !!! Όποτε πήραμε τηλεφωνο αμέσως απαντούσε και μας βοηθούσε σε ότι θέλαμε !! Μου έδωσε και μια πολύ ωραία μαρμελάδα που είχε φτιάξει πραγματικά υπέροχη Κυρία !! Θα ήθελα να επισκεφτώ ξανά αυτό το διαμέρισμα !!!

Let op: tot 1 mei is behalve de bakker, de restaurants in Assos gesloten. Een huurauto is dus een must. 10 minuten rijden en je vindt goede restaurants.
