Appartamento all'interno di “Torre Bianca”, affascinante villa anni 70 immersa in un rigoglioso parco con vista mare di 10.000 mq e suddivisa in 3 unità abitative, in un contesto tranquillo ma non isolato. La villa si trova sulla collina sopra la spiaggia dell'Ariana a circa 300 metri dal mare, a 3 km dal centro abitato di Gaeta e a 18 km da quello di Sperlonga. L'appartamento, con ingresso indipendente e posto auto riservato, ha una ampia e panoramica area esterna ad uso esclusivo.

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

L'appartamento, nel centro di Itri, affaccia sul castello medievale ed è ideale per rilassarsi in un ambiente nuovo e accogliente. La casa, terzo piano senza ascensore, ha due camere con letto matrimoniale (in una è possibile aggiungere letto singolo), soggiorno, divano, tv e bagno con box doccia e lavatrice.
