Sea, culture, relaxation. "Civico 60" is close to the beaches of Sperlonga and Gaeta and the Via Francigena. The apartment, in the center of Itri, overlooks the medieval castle and is ideal for relaxing in a new and cozy environment. The property, located on the third floor without a lift, has two bedrooms with queen-size beds (a single bed can be added in one of them), a living room, a sofa, a TV, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine. Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.
