And the apartment has everything you need: elevator, comfortable bed with clean sheet and towels, functional kitchen with Nespresso machine, brand new bathroom and balcony to relax. Facing inside of the building, this home is very quiet and has much sunshine! Newly added item: rack for drying clothes.

This cute studio lies in the foot of Notre Dame and located on a quiet street. And only 20 meters far from the Seine River. This studio of 25 square meters , 3th floor without elevator was renovated this spring and equipped with kitchen ,washing machine and dryer, bath towels and toiletries. Faces a small courtyard and is extremely quiet all day long. The size of the mattress is 140*195CM. The bedding is brand new cotton sateen, and professionally cleaned after every guest.
