And the apartment has everything you need: elevator, comfortable bed with clean sheet and towels, functional kitchen with Nespresso machine, brand new bathroom and balcony to relax. A 2-room Living Room/Kitchen + Bedroom. Bedroom with a double bed. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed to allow two additional beds (ideally for children). 700 m from Paris (T3 Maryse Bastié) 600 m from Metro (7) Bus at the foot of the building, 10 min journey from the Bibliotheque Francois Mitterand. Vélib' station at the foot of the building. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine (+ consumable), hotplate, microwave, iron, vacuum cleaner.

My place is located a 2-minute walk from the Metro Town Hall of Ivry (line 7) in the city center. Modern streetart decor. The kitchen is very spacious , great for eating or having breakfast with the family. Separate toilet and bathroom. A fold-out sofa and air mattresses are available to act as extra beds. You'll love my place because of the location and the ambiance. It is good for couples, family and business travellers.

Right in the heart of the 11th arrondissement, this small, bright apartment is ideally located, right next to the metro. Enjoy a typically Parisian living room, with exposed bricks, old parquet flooring and a small balcony offering a lovely view over the rooftops. The bed and bathroom are on a mezzanine with a sloping ceiling accessible via a staircase (dangerous for small children). Please note: 6th floor, no elevator.
