A 2-room Living Room/Kitchen + Bedroom. Bedroom with a double bed. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed to allow two additional beds (ideally for children). 700 m from Paris (T3 Maryse Bastié) 600 m from Metro (7) Bus at the foot of the building, 10 min journey from the Bibliotheque Francois Mitterand. Vélib' station at the foot of the building. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine (+ consumable), hotplate, microwave, iron, vacuum cleaner.
