Very nice small apartment, perfect for a couple who want to visit Colorado Springs for a week, or for professional for a business trip. I won't hesitate to come back !

We booked this home due to needing temporary housing and it was definitely worth it. Asti was extremely friendly and very responsive. She was accommodating and patient with all of our questions and last minute changes. She was very personable and you can just tell she is a genuine person who takes pride in what she does! The home is situated in a quiet loop where you feel secluded yet very close to many stores and restaurants. It’s also a quick drive to major highways if you need to get somewhere in the city! The home was well stocked with anything you may need and very clean. The fenced in turfed yard was excellent for our young kids. The bamboo bed sheets were to die for and we ended up purchasing our own!! This stay turned our not so ideal situation into something we can look back on with good memories and we are very thankful for Asti and the home she provided for us!

The cozy cottage was perfect. Very clean and organized. The location was fantastic. Very safe and easy to walk to certain venues and short drive to others. With me being someone who suffers from severe sensitivity to smells/chemical, it was fantastic that they used a fragrance free detergent on the sheets. This little extra consideration was so much appreciated! If we are ever traveling to Colorado Springs in the future, we would love to stay at the cozy cottage again. Thank you!

Benjamin’s place was awesome! The directions he gave were spot on to get into the location. Definitely would book here again.
