This is one of the few remaining Shoin-zukuri-style, purely Japanese buildings in Hiroshima City, built 75 years ago, shortly after the war.One step from the main street, there is a small Japanese-style garden in a quiet environment where you can relax. Some of the items on display at the Dance House include a vase that partially melted due to the heat from the atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima on 6 August 1945, as well as photographs from around 100 years ago. The fittings and glassware date back more than 70 years, and the two gardens, the irigata (raised floor area), and the study, in particular, capture the atmosphere of a traditional Japanese house. At present, these items can only be obtained by placing an order with a select group of craftspeople. Of the five rooms, three are tatami-mat rooms; please sleep on the tatami mats with your futon on top at bedtime. There are a large shopping centre, Youme Town Hiroshima, which offers a full range of everyday essentials, convenience stores (Seven-Eleven, FamilyMart), and restaurants (okonomiyaki, ramen, sushi, yakiniku, waffles, bakery, etc.) within walking distance.

It is close to the station, so it is easy to go to the Peace Park, and Miyajima is 45 minutes by direct JR.From this inn, you can visit Kure, Okunoshima, Onomichi, Kurashiki, and Shimonoseki.There is also a free parking lot that can accommodate two cars. This is an old private house inn that initially opened as an accommodation facility for almost 100% inbound guests. We are renovating the semi-open-air bath inside the storehouse and the area around the water. ■ Soothing moss garden ■ There are three moss gardens: the front garden, the middle garden, and the back garden. Well water flows everywhere, and there is a stream that flows between the holy water basin, the ladle, the deer stone, and the stepping stones. I created this accommodation because I wish there was a place like this. ☆This is not a hotel. We want you to think about how you want to spend your time. On sunny days, enjoy morning coffee on the large wooden deck. In the cold winter, warm up with a wood stove, and make and eat a delicious meal yourself. Play your favorite music, and read surrounded by books lining the walls. Take a walk to Gero Station while catching a glimpse of life in Gero. Fishing at sea, picking azaleas, bamboo shoots, and wild potatoes in the mountains, and eating them yourself. Long stays are recommended. Based at Shimonada Cabin, it is about an hour's drive to Matsuyama City. 2.5 hours to Shimanto River. 3 hours to Shikoku Karst. Shopping can be done in Iyo City or Nagahama Town, or you can buy from local fishmongers and greengrocers and cook for yourself. Of course, you can also eat at a nearby restaurant if you book. Anyway, I want you to relax at Shimonada Cabin. One night is too wasteful. I recommend at least 2 days. It is a place that can be enjoyed in good weather or bad.

On the second floor, you can watch the sunset on the terrace and make things. There is one queen sized bed. There is one Koala sofa bed that can be converted to a queen size bed.　 There is one double bed on the second floor. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Natural yeast bread and Rodan coffee are included for breakfast. The tableware is the work of Tomoya Sasaki, a potter from Ehime Prefecture, and uses Mustakibi and Ryusen kilns. For towels, we use Iori towels from Imabari Towel.　Linen sheets are used. If you need dinner, you can use the adjacent Shioji restaurant, which is for guests only. Transportation to and from the station is free. We'll make sure you have a wonderful time that will be memorable. Enjoy a villa with unparalleled views of the Seto Inland Sea.

There are two spacious bedrooms and a dining space in a large Japanese-style room. You can enjoy the Japanese countryside comfortably and at your own pace.
