The ground of the house is rocky and considered one of the safe areas for earthquake.The Building has a spacious garden. There is also a common big terrace with great sea view. The house is just 5 minutes walk to the seaside, Konak Square, Clock Tower and the historical Kemeralti Bazaar. There are buses every 3 minutes to and from Konak Square from which you reach all public transportation like metro, bus, and ferry.

An amazing apartment in Güzelyalı, in front of the sea. This is the best view you can find on Airbnb in İzmir. In city center, all bars, restaurants, cafes are below our apartment. 3 A/C natural gas heating, Ambilight Tv and sound system, bath tub, all are ready for your staying. Our cleaning team also cleans everything before your arrival. Also we have SPECIAL PARKING LOT(Vans not allowed). You can come by your car very easy. Our building has elevator so you dont need to climb stairs.
