Our detached villa is 40 meters above Sapanca Lake and has a lake view and a heated pool. At the same time, we have fireplaces on our porch and for the house. It is 800 meters from Eşme city center. It is 10 minutes from the center of Maşukiye, 15 minutes from the center of Sapanca and 4 minutes from the forest.

Located in the forest village of Fethiye, one of the most beautiful Abkhazian villages in the north of Izmit, our organic farm is perfect for large groups. Our farm is only 30 minutes from Izmit and 1 hour from Istanbul. You can listen to music outdoors, have a barbecue, watch movies in the studio, or enjoy nature on our farm.

Our house is 20 minutes from Sapanca Lake and 15 minutes from Ormanya, and you can easily access the unique natural beauties in this area. We are 20 minutes from Kartepe district. You can go to Kartepe with a 45-minute drive from the house. Our house has a fireplace. So a warm vacation awaits you in the winter months.
