There are 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms!!! Our house is in the Serra do Cipó region, in a gated, safe and quiet community (24-hour guard), ideal for hiking. We are located 90 km from BH and 10 km from the center of Serra do Cipó. It is 1,600 m², with great care and attention to detail. The entire lot is fenced. Swimming pool, gardens, sand court, wood-burning stove, barbecue, orchard and chicken coop. Great internet (fiber optic): Wi-Fi and network cable. Pets are welcome.
