Apartamento moderno completamente equipado. Cuenta con 2 dormitorios, salón independiente con zona de comedor, baño completo, cocina independiente, terraza y plaza de garaje con acceso directo por ascensor. Cabe destacar las preciosas vistas a peña Oroel desde la terraza del apartamento. La urbanización cuenta con dos piscinas: Una adultos y otra de niños. También hay una cancha polideportiva, jardines y una gran zona comunitaria cerrada. El apartamento está decorado con el nivel de equipamiento de una primera vivienda. Salón con TV plano de 32", DVD, equipo de música con USB, etc. La cocina además de estar completamente equipada (horno, lavadora, lavavajillas, frigorífico, microondas y vitrocerámica) cuenta con exprimidor eléctrico, tostadora y cafetera. No echarás tampoco en falta una plancha y tabla de planchar. El apartamento se entrega limpio: con ropa de cama y un juego de toallas para cada huésped. En el baño, también encontrarás un secador de pelo.
