Small yet fully equipped and uniquely designed studio with independent entrance is a fine choice to explore local area all year round and 15 min. walk to the nearest seashore. In the immediate vicinity there are cafes, restaurants, shops, a promenade and the strict city center with the main street leading to the most famous city square of the Forum. The sea is a few hundred meters from the apartment, but the first beaches are about 2700m away The airport is 10 km away from the accommodation.

Centrally located, it takes only 3 min walk to our magnificent Amphitheathre and about 8 min. walk to either the strict city centre or our old town ( bars, restaurants, pubs, galleries) All our town beaches are within 3-4 Km. All small villages are cca 5-10 km distant from our apartment.

Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
