With beautiful floor to ceiling windows, the view has sweeping oaks and mature magnolias, setting the scene for your Southern getaway.

The Backpacker

Our "Backpacker" is a cute and cozy 96 sq.ft. of tiny house nirvana. Situated on a small tidal slough, it provides a beautiful natural setting for reflection and appreciation of that which is good in life. For those looking for luxury, the Backpacker is not for you (you may encounter bugs and it's really hot in summer). However, the Backpacker has a pretty cool vibe, and is extremely convenient to historic Charleston and Funky Folly Beach. The Backpacker is for backpackers and nature lovers.

This rustic 1940's beach bungalow was updated with modern appliances, brand new luxury bathroom, art, surfboards, 60" 4K smart TV ready for your subscriptions, stereo with bluetooth, and a huge outdoor shower. Guests love the privacy of having a secluded, full-sized property with great outdoor spaces, parking, and a short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants- for the same rate as a noisy condo. We're right in between historic downtown Charleston and the eclectic Folly Beach. We designed the Hideaway to be the a rustic little haven that anyone can call their own. The cottage sits by a tidal creek that flows in and out of the Folly River with marsh views, lots of bird watching opportunities, and the most amazing sunsets around.

King Suite / Private Entrance

Newly renovated guest suite on the upper Charleston Peninsula very close to Hampton Park and the Citadel Military College. Spacious, Comfortable, Quiet, has parking and is about a 13 minute drive to the Historic/business district or catch the free shuttle bus 3 blocks away. please note that the kitchenette area does not include a stove. Also note the stairs to the second floor location in case mobility is an issue.
