For the sports area there is a bike path and a promenade around the lake, a private volleyball court and work street out exercise equipment, bass fishing as well as a private beach for enjoyment and rest. Possibility to use the boat for an additional fee.

You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.
