Come and recharge your batteries at the foot of the family-friendly Laye ski resort, right by the Gap Bayard golf course. We offer a self-contained, single-storey gîte of approximately 90 m², providing a high level of comfort, complete with a hot tub and stunning views of the Champsaur valley. The gîte comprises 2 bedrooms of 15 m² each, a large, fully equipped kitchen-living room, and a veranda. You will also benefit from a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's play equipment and parking spaces.

Your studio at the Manoir de Tallard

10 minutes from Gap/Tallard airfield, in the medieval village of Tallard, not far from the legendary Route Napoléon, is our bright and functional studio on the 2nd floor of a large house from the 1930s, completely renovated with large private garden at your disposal, car, motorcycle and bike parking, possibility of bike rental. A great place for sports, air, mountain, lakes and rivers are nearby. The studio is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen with oven, microwave etc. Sheets and towels are provided. You are welcome!!

Our little house is incomparably cool, offering a truly natural climate in summer and a cosy haven in winter with its electric fireplace. It features 1 fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, 1 living room with 1 two-seater sofa bed (recently replaced as the old one was too small to comfortably accommodate you), 1 bathroom, a private terrace with a view of the mountains, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Looking forward to hosting you!!

Halfway between Gap and Tallard, come and discover this small chalet in absolute calm. The window overlooks a field with a forest. An equipped kitchenette, with the necessary items included for breakfast (eggs from our chickens), will allow you to prepare meals to enjoy on your porch or on our beautiful terrace a little further away offering magnificent views of the entire valley. Hiking trails pass 150 meters away. Special welcome for bikers and board games!

Independent cocooning chalet, one bedroom with bathroom (towels provided) living room with equipped kitchen, living area, regional book library and pull-out sofa bed (possibility of 2 children beds) Located near Gap and Tallard, overlooking the small village of Jarjayes on the road of the hilltop villages of the Hautes Alpes, with an exceptional view of the Durance valley. Privileged place very quiet without traffic with direct access to the hiking trails.

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

Apartment in the heart of the village

50 m2 apartment on the ground floor of a village house. Jarjayes is 10 minutes from Gap, 15 minutes from Tallard and its airfield. The quiet and peaceful village, perched at more than 900 m altitude is a great starting point for hikers and mountain bikers. Cyclists will be the most satisfied, as many passes are accessible (Sentinelle, Tourrond, Moissière, Lebrault...). Local producers offer a summer market on Tuesday evenings.
