Due to the elevated location of the apartment, you can enjoy a nice view of Prättigau. The apartment is also suitable for children.

The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.
