My romantic, detached, simple wooden house is located away from hectic everyday life, in Prättigau at 1250 meters above sea level with wonderful views of the Grisons mountains. Nearby towns are Klosters 30 minutes, Davos 45 minutes, Chur 30 minutes away. The Prättigau is great for hiking and biking. My beloved place is consciously for those guests who are not looking for entertainment and luxury, but nature. Village shop 10 minutes by car, Berghaus Fideriser Heuberge at 2000 meters above sea level with restaurant 20 minutes. We rent from May to October.

The apartment is on the second floor of our house and has been lovingly preserved and restored in the wood style. It is simply and stylishly furnished so that you feel right at home away from home. It is spacious and offers a large balcony with incredible views over the Prättigau with a view of Klosters at the back of the valley. 2 ½ room apartment in an 18th century house, classified by the Graubünden monument as worthy of protection. The apartment is furnished with some nice antiques. It is suitable for 2 to 4 people. The apartment is very central, also easily accessible by public transport. Many ski resorts and hiking routes are close. Chur the oldest city in Switzerland is 15 minutes away. Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
