Whether you are looking for a romantic get-away or a family holiday our “ Magical Sunset” apartment can address your needs… This is an 80m2 penthouse apartment consisting of two bedrooms (one double and one triple), two full bathrooms, a fully furnished kitchen, living room with large sofa, and a spacious terrace with an amazing sea view. Open your 3 glass sliding doors and turn your terrace into a part of your living space! The apartment is tastefully decorated and very spacious with all the comforts we think you will need on your stay with us! The apartment suits 5 people comfortably. The terrace provides for a great place to have an evening dinner and watch the wonderful blues of the sea or the tremendous outline of Split. In the evening you can enjoy the sparkling lights of the Island while relaxing with your favorite drink! Our property is located on the beach and has direct access to the sea in a very relaxing and safe area. Best of all we are just 10m till you can touch the water of the Adriatic! Along the beach you will find a number of restaurants, bars, pizzerias and café’s offering typical Dalmatian food and beverage at reasonable prices. The nearest marina is a 5-min walk from the apartment thus allowing easy access to one of the nearby islands such as Brac or Hvar. Also along the beach within a 5 minute walk there is a large 5 star hotel and casino that also has an array of places to dine, enjoy a cup of espresso or just get an ice cream. The apartment has two air-conditioning units, satellite TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi Internet as well as its own parking space. The apartment has tile and hardwood laminate thru-out the unit and furniture that is very comfortable and relaxing. The first bathroom has an enclosed shower and the second bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination. Villa Four Brothers No.3 Middle Floor

Apartment No.3 is located on the 2nd floor and it have 80m2. It consists of two bedrooms with double beds. One of them have a makeup table and its own bathroom and exit to the balcony connecting the rest of the apartment. Also apartment have one more bathroom and toilet. Kitchen has a window overlooking the sea and high table and also there is dining table. The living room consists of couch and TV. From the living room you come out to a large spacious balcony. All rooms have air conditioning.

This beautiful apartment is located seconds from the a pebble beach which is directly accessed by a private staircase. The small terrace in front of the apartement is perfect for relaxing breakfasts with the sound of waves hitting the shore and dinners with stunning views of the sun setting behind the surrounding islands. Villa Grey is beautifully designed with so many glass doors and windows offering nice sea views, a very bright and pleasant interior with sun in every corner, furnished with style and elegance. The house is located above the coastal road and a car is highly recommended to get anywhere (due to a bit of a steep location), but the location offers a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea, the mountain behind, and the island of Brač. The nearest mini market, restaurant, bar is within 2km.

Welcome to our lovely 3-star rated apartments directly at the adriatic sea! The apartmenthouse is located next to the beach and has a direct access to the sea. Provided with a great panoramic view, you can overlook the whole beach. The sea is clear and refreshing and we offer sunbeds and sunumbrellas for our guests on the beach. It's an ideal place for relaxation, swimming and enjoying your vacation. The Apartment is 38 sqm large, suitable for 2 persons with 1 child.

Apartment Eli is located on the eastern side of Bol by the sea. Nearby are the small beaches of Ribarska, Kotlina and Martinca, where you can enjoy them. In front of the apartment is currently the construction of a new port. It is a 5-minute walk from the center and the catamaran port. On the west side of Bol is Zlatni rat beach, which you can reach by boat that leaves from the center of the town or by walking in 30 minutes.
