Welcome to our brand new villa X, which is located on a top of quiet hill that is overlooking nearby town of Split, sea and islands. Villa consist of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds, 4 bathrooms and amazingly big kitchen where you can prepare any meal of your dreams :) We our mostly proud on our terrace with heated pool that is overlooking sea, islands, nearby towns and villages and biggest town in Dalmatia - Split. Our brand new luxury villa Joy is located on a wonderful location with beautiful sights and maximum privacy and yet still very close to the all local points of interest. The villa is newly built for maximum comfort and luxury with 4 ensuite bedrooms and all other amenities you can need. A big private heated pool, great jacuzzi for 6, an IR sauna, a private movie theater and gaming room, billiard room, a giant fenced outdoor area with a football field, badminton court or table tennis.

The house is build a month ago, set on 600 m2 (outdoor) with a beautiful garden, sunny terrace with jacuzzi and sunbeds and amazing view of the sea and Split and a big swimming pool. Indoor it offers 380 m2 on 2 floors, with 4 bedrooms, dining room, living room with modern technology and wi-fi. There is also a space where you can exercise (gym) and a pool table.

The illuminated infinity pool reflects the evening sky, offering a tranquil environment. Expansive glass doors provide a seamless transition to the indoor living spaces, where warm light creates a relaxed ambiance. The view of the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding hills enhances the serene setting.

Villa Grey is beautifully designed with so many glass doors and windows offering nice sea views, a very bright and pleasant interior with sun in every corner, furnished with style and elegance. The house is located above the coastal road and a car is highly recommended to get anywhere (due to a bit of a steep location), but the location offers a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea, the mountain behind, and the island of Brač. The nearest mini market, restaurant, bar is within 2km.
