Peach, my little Maltese, and I will host you in a private annexe with access from a quiet garden, sheltered from the noise of the street. Many guests experience it as a small, secret corner of relaxation in the heart of the Flaminio district. The space is compact, independent and designed for two people, far from the chaos of the historic centre but well connected. The modern design and cosy atmosphere make it more like a small contemporary studio than a traditional flat.

You only share the small entrance room with the flat owners and are therefore completely independent from the rest of the flat!

In the room, in addition to the double bed, there is also a comfortable sofa bed that can be used as an additional bed on request. From my B&B you have a stunning view of St.Peter's dome! There is a very comfortable double bed & private bathroom. There are also two cats, Wolfie and LolaLola, lurking in the rest of the apartment. With a 7 minute walk you get to the Vatican, and in 15 to the center. Check in before 10pm, please :). I am a registered B&B with the local authorities – QA/2021/12704.

The room with private bathroom is very bright and quiet. The room has an area of 16 square meters with a private bathroom of 3.5 square meters. The room is furnished with a double bed, a console with mirror and armchair, an open wardrobe and a small table. The bathroom is well equipped, the shower and wall covering is made of resin for greater hygiene.
