Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Jezera

Die Ferienwohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, mit viel liebe zum Detail. Die Gastgeber sind super hilfsbereit und geben gute Tips für mögliche Ausflugsziele und Aktivitäten. Wir konnten die Gastgeber vor der Reise einiges Fragen, z.B. ob es eine Waschmaschine gibt, was für eine Kaffeemaschine da ist und auch sonst waren sie für alle Fragen immer offen. Für Familien mit Kinder (auch kleine Kinder) ist die Insel Preko und Pashman super geeignet, da es einige Sandstrände gibt (z. B. Nevidane), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es überall. Sollte man einen Mietwagen nutzen - so klein wie möglich, da es sehr sehr enge Gassen in den Dörfern gibt. Auch Zadar ist zu Fuß eine kleine Reise wert, die Altstadt bietet für jeden was.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles blitzsauber und die Lage war unschlagbar. Sehr ruhig, trotzdem Meer, Restaurants und Promenade mit Fischmarkt fußläufig erreichbar. Toller Ort mit vielen Geschäften, Restaurants und Cafés. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr Hilfsbereit. Badegelegenheiten gibt es zu Hauf, aber sehr kleine Strände und brechend voll. Man sollte sich einen größeren Strand in der Nähe suchen, wenn man einen Tag am Strand verbringen möchte. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto in der näheren Umgebung: Mehrere Supermärkte und ein Einkaufszentrum. Konnten mit VW Bus und Wohnwagen auf dem sehr gepflegten Anwesen parken. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Es waren nicht mehr viele Gäste im Haus, da Ende der Saison ist. Klimaanlage nur im Wohnzimmer, nicht im Schlafzimmer, daher sehr heiß in der Nacht, aber erträglich. Schlafcouch wider Erwarten sehr bequem. Alles in allem sehr erholsam und top. Danke an die Gastgeberfamilie! Wir kommen wieder!

Spacious clean place in the center of it all! Parking was a challenge but no fault of the host. The place was clean and comfortable. Noisy if you want a quiet stay but that didn’t bother us too much! It’s a lively place and the host couldn’t have been nicer.

Es war eine super schöne Woche bei Franco und Mate. Wir waren 7 Mädels und haben uns in dem tollen Apartment gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Mate ist immer da wenn man ihn braucht und super freundlich. Der Pool ist natürlich das absolute Highlight. Er war super sauber und bei Bedarf kann er sogar beheizt werden. Alles entsprach den Angaben und war wie auf den Bildern. Auch die Lage war super und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir würden uns immer wieder für dieses Air-BnB entscheiden.

Nicolas was really helpful, place had a dryer, washer and an oven. The dishwasher was the cherry on top, it was convenient and made for a great stay in Zadar. Thank you!

The apartment is nicely located with surrounding groceries, cafes and bakeries. It’s quite a short distance to the old town as well. Everything was as described and I was greeted very nicely. I will definitely check for availability the next time I am in Zadar.

The friendly host met us promptly at the parking entrance and escorted us to the apartment. The newly decorated apartment was very clean and there were some nice supplies provided (bread, spreads, coffee, water and soft drinks). The apartment was exactly as described and in photos. It is a bit small if staying for multiple nights, but location and everything else was very good.

Staying at Andreja’s place was an absolute delight! She is truly an exceptional host, going above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. From the moment we arrived, Andreja provided us with wonderful recommendations for local activities and dining, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The accommodation itself was beautiful, spotless, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care went into every detail of the space, making it both comfortable and stylish. What truly set this stay apart was the incredible welcome package that Andreja provided. I highly recommend staying at Andreja’s place to anyone visiting the area. You won’t be disappointed!

Das Appartment hat genau unseren Anforderungen entsprochen: saubere Unterkunft, kein unnötiger Schnickschnack, zentral gelegen, so dass wir alle Hotspots gut erreichen konnten. 5 Sterne !!!! Vielen Dank!!

Wir waren sehr gut mit der Wohnung zufrieden. Sie war sauber und für ein verlängertes Wochenende mit 10 Mädels super gut geeignet. Der Weg nach Zadar ist wunderschön und das Meer mit schönen Bademöglichkeiten ist nah!

Užili jsme si zde krásných 13 dní. Skvěle vybavená kuchyň. Krasně čistý apartmán. S Mariem byla super komunikace. Pokud někdy navštívíme opět Pakoštane, rádi se sem vratíme. Na pláž Janica to je 550 m což s dvěma malýma dětma zabralo 8-10 minut. Krásne uličky i centrum města. I na začátku září zde bylo co dělat. Děkujeme moc za zpříjemnění dovolené! Doporučujeme všem!

**Wundervoller Aufenthalt - Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!** Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Die Lage war ideal, ruhig und dennoch in der Nähe aller wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und boten alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft der Gastgeber – sie waren stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und alle Absprachen wurden zuverlässig Wir werden aufjedenfall wiederkommen

Belle maison accueillante disposant de tout le confort nécessaire. Belle piscine Filip et sa maman sont des hôtes agréables., réactifs et disponibles.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt. Byliśmy u Tomo 10 dni. Pokoje zgodne z opisem basem czysty i zawsze dostępny. Lokalizacja zdala od miejskiego zgiełku 30 minut spacerem do centrum miasta. Gospodarz zawsze pomocny i jak coś się zepsuło od razu przystąpił do naprawy. Serdecznie polecam!!!

Hoher Wohlfühlfaktor, von erster Minute an kommt man schnell vom Alltagsstress runter. Der Pool ist super und grösser als erwartet. Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg, in der Nähe sind nur wenige Nachbarn, trotzdem hat man seine Privatsphäre und es ist unglaublich ruhig! Die Schlafbereiche sind nur über eine Aussentreppe zu erreichen, sind neu eingerichtet, jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes modernes Badezimmer. Der Ort an sich ist klein, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Strände sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Der Berg ist gut zu bewältigen(selbst mit einem Kinderwagen), wenn man eh nichts macht und sich kaum bewegt, war es eine gute Abwechslung ;) Die Bucht ist wunderschön und die Strände sehr ruhig (Ende August), genau richtig, wenn man die Natur und die Ruhe geniessen möchte. Es gibt Restaurants und den Supermarkt, einen Obststand, Bäcker. Die Eisdiele direkt am Strand empfehlenswert. klare Empfehlung von uns!!! Super Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümern, weiter so!

Unser Aufenthalt war ein Traum 🤩 Für zwei Pärchen das perfekte Haus. Super Meerblick, kurzer Weg zum Meer (ca. 70 Meter) sowie zwei Badebuchten gut zu Fuss erreichbar. 10 min Fussweg zur Stadt erreichbar. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die aussergewöhnliche Architektur des Hauses. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir danken Dino für zwei unvergessliche Wochen.

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

Boravio sam kod Tome i njegovog sina Marka, koji su učinili sve da naš boravak bude izvanredan. Iako smo stigli brodom bez najave, a Marko je očekivao dolazak autom, brzo se prilagodio i osigurao nam mjesto za brod u luci Tribunj. S terase na trećem katu imali smo pogled na brod, što je dodatno upotpunilo naše iskustvo. Pogled na more bio je očaravajući, s prekrasnim prizorom na luku i otoke. Kuća se nalazi na idealnoj, mirnoj lokaciji, blizu svih potrebnih sadržaja, i bila je besprijekorno čista, što je povećalo osjećaj udobnosti. Siguran sam da ću se svake godine vraćati u Tribunj, a Riva House Tribunj će uvijek biti moj prvi izbor. Preporučujem je svima koji žele posjetiti Dalmaciju i Tribunj.

Modern and spacious apartment on the 4th floor, accessible by stairs, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It features a complete kitchen, internet, air conditioning, a full bathroom, a washing machine, and a spacious bedroom. The apartment is ideally located. Sanja is an attentive and flexible hostess.

The host made us feel very welcome when checking in. The apartment is located in a peaceful neighborhood, only a 10 minute walk from the centre. It’s furnished beautifully and was completely spotless. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation or is looking to explore the town of Zadar.

My family of 5 stayed for 3 nights. This was an excellent location with parking and 10 min walk to old town. I have 3 kids (12, 10, 7) and they slept nicely with 1 on the couch which was a large size. Apartment was clean, had many amenities (coffee, tea, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, bathroom toiletries) towels for everyone. Washing machine with dryer was helpful! Ana was very helpful and responsive. We felt safe. 2 minute drive to grocery stores, park, soccer/basketball which we went to daily! Thank you for a great stay!

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons su que nous avions fait le bon choix ! L'appartement de Gordana est parfait. On s'y sent instantanément comme à la maison. Il est propre, spacieux, décoré avec goût, moderne et chaleureux. Chaque détail est pensé pour notre confort. Ce qui nous a impressionnés, c'est l'attention portée aux petites choses : du shampoing à l'huile d'olive, tout est fourni généreusement. Nous avions également à disposition deux serviettes de bain chacun. L'emplacement est imbattable, à quelques pas du pont menant à la vieille ville de Zadar. Nous avons tout exploré à pied facilement. Le stationnement dans la rue était relativement facile surtout après 17h (en avril, cela pourrait être différent en haute saison). Le quartier regorge de commodités : commerces et restaurants à proximité. Gordana, notre hôte, a été extrêmement réactive et disponible. Si vous cherchez un pied-à-terre idéal pour explorer Zadar, ne cherchez plus.

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!

Moc se nám ve Vodici líbilo. S hostitelkou Zuzkou byla naprosto bezproblémová komunikace. Apartmán je moc pěkně zařízený, vybavení plně dostačující. Velmi jsme v parných dnech ocenili klimatizaci. Z vybavení pak pračku se sušičkou a také kávovar. Měli jsme s sebou kromě dětí také psy, takže každé ráno jsme chodili procházkou na pláž. Cestou je možné na trhu vzít mořské ryby, ovoce, zeleninu či čerstvé pečivo v pekárně, prostě idylka. Rádi jsme také podnikali nákupy ve zdejších obchodech (např. Tommy, Lidl, Plodine) a stáncích se suvenýry, nezapomněli jsme navštívit krásný Šibenik. Se psy jsme jezdili na odlehlejší úžasnou pláž, kterou nám poradila Zuzka. Domů se nám vůbec nechtělo.
