We had a great stay at Sue’s place. It’s a beautiful and peaceful spot with views across the forest to the ocean. Perfect for getting away from it all and close to the walks and beaches that make the Ottway Ranges and Great Ocean Road so so special. Highly recommended!

Truly a 5/5 stay - from the pre-arrival check-in, to welcoming us and bringing us around her apartment (which Kim kindly warmed up for us prior to our arrival) to her luxurious apartment well-equipped with new kitchenware to whip up our dinner. Kim is such a lovely lady who is so passionate about what she does and it was a pleasure to meet and stay at her's for a night. Though not directly along the Great Ocean Road, take the 2KM drive in and you'll find yourself surrounded by hills full of animals, peace and quiet away from the roads. We'd have gladly swapped out another night for an additional one at Kim's to fully enjoy her loft and surroundings. Highly recommend and we will be back! P.S. Archie loves pats and has a scratchy spot on his back 🐶

We had a wonderful time at this location in Johanna over Easter long weekend 2025. Easily accessible to all the great sights around - tree top walk, great Ocean road- 12 apostles, beach. Private location and quiet. The place is very cosy and ideal for families. Would highly recommend!

Had really nice stay at Johanna Seaside Cottages 'Farm House', was the perfect country escape we were looking for and the kids loved collecting fresh laid eggs in the morning and having access to an indoor heated pool. Only minor complaint was not being able to connect to the internet Friday evening and not being able contact our host after 5pm. That said, the property caretake (Ben) was super helpful when he checked in the next day. Would definitely recommend if looking for a country escape along the coast.
