Amazing house, great views, great communication with owner, and overall great experience! It does technically fit 10 people but that’s assuming that 8 people have to share a bed with someone else which was less than ideal for our group but could be totally someone else could be looking for. Definitely 5/5 stars and would not change a thing about our experience!

Sam’s place was beautiful! We felt right at home. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great. We got a free parking spot right outside of the door. Super convenient. We brought our dogs and it was perfect for them. Lots of places to walk and lots of things to do. It was just a short walk to the train. Sam was very easy to get ahold of and was a great host. I definitely recommend and we will be staying here again.

This property is even better looking in person than in the photos. We basically used it to have a giant sleepover and just enjoy everything the property has to offer. From the jacuzzi, to the arcade and everything in between, they've thought of everything. Marlene and co. are amazing. This was our archive stay in this property and when we needed help they were super responsive. I also really appreciate how well they keep the property up. You'd never imagine it gets the kind of traffic that I'm sure it has. We'll keep coming back whenever we need to be in the area!

Magical place!!! Beautiful community! We just loved staying in the River here with our dog! Rhiannon was the best hostess. This place is stocked to the nines with linens dishes, bowls, pots, pans. You name it! We were able to enjoy the river and. The park is right next door so it was perfect walking my dog! The perennial blooms were making a show when we were here so again. Just a magical place! We will be back for sure. Thank you so much to the Ford's for doing it right!!!!

This small quaint home packs a HUGE punch when it comes to amenities and that home away from home feel. We couldn't have asked for more in an airbnb during our stay in the Chicago area. From the kuerig, to the decor, to the hot tub to the amazing bathroom and shower, this Airbnb had everything we needed and everything we didn't even know we wanted. I would HIGHLY recommend this airbnb along with the amazing and attentive hosts to anyone traveling through the area.

Beth’s home was perfect for our group trip, which centered around cooking together for a Passover Seder! The kitchen had great appliances and equipment, with the space for many of us to cook at once. The house had everything we needed and we were all comfortable.

This cabin one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed in. The decorations could not have been nicer and we had all the things we needed to make ourselves feel at home. Ninna's place was fantastic! It was exactly as described, and the process was proactive. Ninna communicated very well and anticipated questions we may have. We had friends from the area join us for dinner, and Ninna was accommodating of that request. Her place was perfect, with everything we may need during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with all the things we needed, and the coffee nook was a nice touch! The kids enjoyed the little playroom upstairs, and the mattresses were very comfortable.
