Space matched the listing description. It is an old apartment, with very modern facilities, but with an excellent wifi and a great location in Buenos Aires. It serves as a good dormitory, at a cost x benefit that was worth it. Host Diego proved kind, responsive and organized.

I had an issue with my flight and tincho was absolutely helpful. I’ve been around the area where the place is, and I can tell you is absolutely amazingly located.

This place is the perfect spot to stay long term or short term. Luciano was very helpful and responsive to any and all questions I had. The place is lovely and clean. The view is crazy good- with a balcony! I stayed there for a week and didn’t want to leave. The pool so such a nice addition, since it’s been hot here. I went there everyday and got to know the other tenants. Everyone was polite and friendly. Location is key. So many coffee shops and restaurants— also a very easy pick up location for Ubers - and close to the public transport. I am a solo traveler and I felt safe and welcome living the good like in Palermo !

The apartment is great and the location is perfect. It is close to all the restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, but it is still quiet and peaceful at night. This is the second time we have stayed there and we could see that Sebastian really makes renovations over time to offer more comfort and a good experience to guests. We really liked it and felt at home, as always.

In that area it is not that there are many things to do or know, but we were good for being more or less close to Tecnópolis. Quiet area, very good and comfortable independent apartment. Very attentive host. Recommended.

Cris was extremely helpful and clear in the instructions to receive us. The house has many stairs, 3 floors and a bathroom and a suspended mezzanine. All very clean, towels and bed linen for everyone. Healing and air conditioned in day. Outstanding location, one of the best possible in Buenos Aires. There are only two bathrooms with shower, so if it is in a large group, you need to divide well, since one of the bathrooms is on one between floors that connects to the rooftop. I highly recommend it, especially for the clarity of communication with Cris, for the excellent location, for comfort and convenience.

Very good reception from Daniel and his wife, very friendly and they helped us with all our questions and concerns. We appreciate your help and stay. The pool is very comfortable.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

guillermo's house is as shown in the photos, it is very spacious and pleasant, it has many bedrooms and 3 with private bathrooms. There are many bathrooms in the house. The garden area is very much enjoyed with the pool, the gallery and the trees. We had a wonderful time with the family, we rest a lot. The place is safe, quiet and the neighborhood is beautiful for walking or cycling. It has leafy vegetation which makes it very pleasant. I will miss that good energy that nature gives. Guillermo was attentive at all times we need him and he was quick to respond to our call even though he was on his vacation. he is very nice and helpful. thank you very much Guillermo. We'll be back!!!

Amazing place to share with friends, it has everything. From a kitchen with all the utensils you'll need, to games so you never get bored. We stayed for one night and made an asado while the whole group had a good time playing ping pong and pool. The place is very spacious. Additionally it is in an incredible area of Palermo Hollywood and tenes of everything nearby. We loved and would come back!

Very good place to stay, we found what was behind the listing. We enjoyed the pool, the grill, in a quiet environment, surrounded by greenery and a lot of peace. Clean and available white clothes, the pool has very good resignations, there are lounge chairs, armchairs, chairs outside and inside. Everything we needed. Only a point to improve is the Wifi connection, as the cleular signal is also low in the area and at times they were incommunicado. While it adds up to relax, I who work remotely had certain complications to be able to do so.

The apartment of Catherina is excellent, as shown in the pictures in a very nice and quiet place in Nuñez, with a garage. Highly recommended for stays in Bs As

The neighborhood is very nice and safe. Lots of places to eat and beautiful parks to go for a walk or exercise. The view from the apartment is incredible! You can enjoy the sunrise from the from the balcony. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed. Instructions on how to get in, wifi, garage, etc were simple and clear. Sofia is an amazing host, she was always available when we needed her! I would recommend this place a thousand times and more! We are definitely coming back! Thanks Sofia!!! 🥰💕

Great host. Fantastic location in lively neighborhood with access to subway, plenty taxis and uber, restaurants and shops, and parque centenario which is great for exercising! Fantastic deal! We were 6 and plenty comfortable

We had a night with my partner. The apartment was just like the description. Everything was clean and tidy. Communication with Graciela was quick and she was flexible with check-in and check-out times. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is excellent. The air conditioning works perfectly. We didn't have a problem. Excellent cost-benefit.

This is the second time staying in this apartment, more than recommended! Well-equipped apartment, area with lots of transportation and collaborating hosts in everything. It's comfortable, safe, and has everything you need.

Excellent place. The apartment is warm and cozy. The area is quiet and Liam was attentive at all times. When we arrived, the shower was not clean, however we mentioned it to Liam and he fixed it immediately without any problem. Highly recommended
