Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 cot beds available on request).

My place is close to Ten minutes from the city center of Le Mans, 15 minutes from Boulerie Jump, 20 minutes from the 24-hour circuit. My place is good for couples, up to 4 or 5, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids). With a capacity of 8 guests, the gîte is ideal for families, couples or lovers of motor racing (20 min from the 24-hour circuit) and equestrian competitions (7 min from the Boulerie Jump).
