Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Journal Square, Jersey City

we had a big group and this listing was able to accommodate us all. it was split into two separate sections so it gave a sense of privacy for our groups. there wasn't much of a common area/living room, but there was a small couch/seating section in one of the larger rooms. you could hear air planes over head, but overall it was in a quiet area. Sylvia was very nice and responsive in our communications!

Asiye was kind and very responsive. She kindly allowed us to check in early, and on the day of our check-out, she also let us store our luggage. The amenities were more than sufficient.

Great location near the city with a dedicated parking space, restaurants in walking distance. Apartment is very nice and clean. Denia is a great/responsive host.

It was my second time staying and i’ll definitely stay over and over 💪🏼 it’s very peaceful felt at home and well maintained

it was such an amazing location and incredibly welcoming home. it was well stocked and extremely comfortable. It has a small town feel but was minutes away from conveniences like Walmart. It even had a full air mattress which we did not expect but was incredibly helpful! so grateful to have found this place and would use it again in a heartbeat!

The house was absolutely beautiful well cap very clean and organize. I rented this place for Christmas so there was ample items that we found usable to make a beautiful Christmas table presentation. I would highly recommend this place again. Thank you Martha for your hospitality.

We had a wonderful time in Ali's apartment. It's very spacious and extremely tastefully furnished. We didn't miss anything. Ali and Bartrek were very responsive and gracious hosts. We would love to come back. Thank you for everything!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at AVE. My two grandchildren had a great time as well. It’s rare to find a place that exceeds my expectations. Really. I will definitely be returning to AVE. And I will also recommend AVE Clifton to my friends and family.

Beautiful apartment for 2. Spent Valentine’s Day here and it was perfect. Soundbar for music, LED to set the mood, bathroom was clean, washer/dryer included, kitchen was very neat and provided more than enough utensils to cook. Heat/AC is very good as well. Only iffy part for me was the parking. Luckily I was able to get spots right in front the building every time I went out and came back. He does offer paid parking though for anyone who is willing to pay a little extra. Host was great and responsive as well. 10/10 in my opinion. Would definitely book again!!!

Convenient way to stay with my family of 6 and 3 small dogs. Very clean and modern. I saved a lot of money for a 3 day vacation which looks better than a hotel.

Comfortable, clean, peaceful home located in a young professional community that has local amenities with nearby access (walking distance) to transportation into NYC.

Brian was very helpful and attentive! The place was excellent. If you have a car he has an available space for parking. All shops are near by!

Staying at Camila’s place was an absolute delight! The home is spotless, well-equipped, and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood – everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Camila is a fantastic host – super responsive, friendly, and full of great local tips and recommendations that made our trip even better. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Great place to stay. Nice & cozy. Just as described. In such a great neighborhood, surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. Great if you have kids traveling with you like we did, since there’s a park walking distance. Easy to find parking the earlier you get there. Travel to Manhattan & Brooklyn very easy via the bus/metro. Natalia was very responsive, helpful, and gave us so many great recommendations for places to check out in the area. Definitely recommend and plan on staying again in the future!!

Great value for the price! Ty was really communicative and flexible with us. The place was really comfortable and convenient, lots of places around and only 10 minutes away from de 167th St Station. Loved the bed and appliances. Would definitely book again.
