Anaelle's apartment is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood of working professionals and families. The neighborhood and apartment itself felt very safe. A pleasant retreat from the hustle and bustle of the center of Paris. It is about a 7 minute walk to the nearest metro station (3 line) and around a 20 minute commute on the train to get to the center of Paris. The apartment was ideal for a solo traveler. It has all the necessities with nice recent upgrades. Anaelle was very responsive and sent detailed check in instructions. I'd definitely consider staying again.

We had a pleasant stay always available and attentive. several touches from them throughout the stay. our son and parents were able to safely enjoy the outdoors It felt like a family home. advice, adaptability to the situation and attentive Accommodation close to all amenities, quiet and quiet. A perfect stay, great neighborhood, nice, clean, & well-equipped apartment with secured indoor parking spot, less than 5 minutes walking from Saint-Ouen station and hypermarket. I like that the bathroom & toilet are in 2 separate spaces, very convenient as we're a group of 4 adults. Spacious kitchen with a dishwasher and a little balcony, 2 comfy bedrooms with access to a little garden. Okba was very friendly, met us with the keys at check-in and proactive when we needed to leave the car in the garage for 3 hrs after checking out. For the price we paid, 5 stars for this place are well deserved! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very nice surprise, both on the location and on the apartment which was very spacious, then very quiet. Descriptions are compliant, except for heating. Don't worry, it's very nice and there are heaters. It was clean and comfortable. I was also happy for the safety of the vehicle that you can park inside. Very good communication with the host. I would recommend it without hesitating. 👌☺️
