You will enjoy the swimming pool heated to 28°, the pétanque court, the ping pong table and the wooded garden as well as other activities. An enclosed garden is next to the terrace for the safety of children We will be happy to welcome you and accompany you during your stay.

Heated indoor pool is completely reserved for you, it can be used all year. Located 45 minutes from Rennes, 1 hour from Angers and 1 hour 10 minutes from Nantes, it is ideal for families or stays . The house has a cozy and warm decor in a living space of great comfort.

The price shown for 2 people is for one bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, a supplement will be requested). The space is a fully open space, not suitable for colleagues.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.
