Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Julian

Loved everything about our stay at this amazing house! Comfortable beds, awesome backyard with pool and hot tub, great location- walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, park and very close to lots of site seeing. Our family of 5 had a wonderful time - thank you for sharing your lovely house with us!

Had a great stay! Everything was very clean looked exactly like the pictures. Jack was always responsive to my questions and any help I needed.

My family and I had a great stay at Amir's place. Very large house in a great location by Balboa Park. Great coffee nearby.

Very nice and well equipped, peaceful with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. John was a very courteous and communicative host.

Great place with a very central location, close to the airport and zoo. We really enjoyed our stay and the amenities offered at the home. Lacee was very responsive and accommodating.

I cannot say enough about this place. I loved staying here and would 1000% stay again. Everything was spotless, the view was amazing, I’ve never been more relaxed and at peace. They have everything you could need,everything was thoughtfully put together. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

This property looks exactly like the photos. It was very clean. It was nice to have 3 separate housing units as we had 3 families in our party. The 2 bedroom house is connected to the owners (I'm assuming) property and they are on site. The property was very clean and the sheets were very soft and comfortable. I wish there were a few more hand towels but with a washer/dryer in every unit we were able to wash them. The backyard was really great and the kids loved playing back there! The driveway is long and fairly narrow. The houses aren't on a busy street so it's easy enough to back out. I didn't love the late check in (5PM) but they did allow us to check in early (for a fee.) We had a great vacation and I would recommend this property!

Other than being directly in the flight path (which we became relatively used to after a couple days), the location was ideal for walking to all things Little Italy and driving to all things San Diego. Ben & Kyle even provided earplugs in each room to offset the plane noise, which was hugely appreciated. The house had everything we needed, and easily accommodated our family of six (including 2 kids). We even capped off our trip to a night at Nolita Hall which is directly across the street.

Kevin's place was quiet and peaceful . It's a little smaller than I thought, but it was clear that Kevin put a lot of care into keeping the place clean and comfortable.

We choose this area because we were getting into the airport late with a 9 year old and we were able to get to the house from the airport quickly and still found it easy to get to everything around San Diego (we rented a car). The place was great for the three of us so my son had a separate space to sleep. The decor was cute and helped us feel at home.

Excellent hosts who were proactive in making sure we (4 of us)had everything we needed during our 5 day stay to visit son's family ! Tony brought a welcome tray with variety of snacks & drinks, besides those in the refrig...so very thoughtful & grandaughters enjoyed many of the treats. Located in a very quiet, nice neighborhood within short walking distance to beach, park area and coffee shops. Daughter & 2 granddaughters stayed in bedroom with queen & bunk beds & I stayed in Master. All very comfortable! To note too: Nice remodel, lg bathroom shower with super water pressure- was nice after long day out & about. Everything we needed, super hosts & would highly recommend this location!

We had a wonderful stay at Taylor’s Airbnb in Little Italy! The space was absolutely beautiful—clean, stylish, and perfectly located. Taylor was incredibly sweet and responsive throughout our stay. When we had a small issue with a light, she addressed it immediately and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

Beautiful place in the heart of Little Italy! Gorgeous rooftop views. Great night sleep! And walkable to anywhere in Little Italy. We actually enjoyed the planes flying overhead and it didn’t bother our sleep at all! Between that, the hum of the city, the waterfront view…honestly this place has it all!

Great home in a good location. Before arriving, we were provided with clear directions to make our arrival smooth. It was perfect for a weekend trip to San Diego with two little ones. We had everything we needed and then some. Appreciated the parking available at the home because it made it easier to load and unload everything with the kids as we came and went. My family loved staying at Zoe's place. It accommodated our family perfectly and it was very homey and comfortable! We would love to stay here again the next time we are in San Diego.

Eric and Natalie were great host and were very accommodating with all our requests. Their home is in a perfect location within short drivable distance to Balboa park, SD Downtown and the Airport. The home itself was perfect for our weekend vacation for our family. We will definitely recommend their place to friends and family in future.

Thomas was a good host. Although it took us a while to connect, once we connected, he was very responsive. Overall good experience, though the watered down soap was a bit weird. Parking was expensive but that’s the area. Would recommend to anyone staying in Gaslamp.

My stay was fantastic! The apartment was very well equipped, and in a perfect location. The communication was seamless, and I will definitely stay here again. The proximity to the airport and the planes landing was actually a really cool feature. It did not bother me in the least, and I enjoyed watching the planes land. Five stars across the board!

Molly’s place in PB was great it was central and close to everything. It was my 1st time in SD and appreciated her local’s guide. Parking was a plus and her stay was comfortable and had everything you need if you had to stay longer. Check in instructions were clear and had no difficulties! Would love to stay here again!

Christina was an incredible host. The Airbnb’s location was in the most picturesque spot. The drive up was breathtaking, offering panoramic views of the mountains and hills that I’ve haven’t seen in coming in from Los Angeles. The price was incredibly reasonable and a great value for money. They provided everything from condiments and seasonings for cooking to shampoo and conditioner, we had everything we needed to feel comfortable and enjoy our stay in both San Diego and our weekend home. We’ll definitely be returning multiple times as long as we have our annual San Diego trip planned. Thank you so much again, Christina!

We truly loved our stay at Junn place. It was so close to everything, maybe 10-12 min from everywhere we wanted to tour around SD. Junn even offered some local recommendations since it was our first time in the area. The place felt so cozy and homey. We are clean freaks and this passed our standards. We would love to stay again if we come to the area in the future. Thank you Junn.

Taylor’s condo was absolutely perfect for our family of three! It was spotless and looked just like the photos—actually even better with a new, super comfortable sofa. All the beds were cozy, and we really appreciated the convenience of being able to walk to a few restaurants and a grocery store. The location also offered easy access to the highway, which made getting around a breeze. We’d definitely stay here again!

This is my second visit to the Ohana House. I was delighted that it was available and will remain my go to place when visiting Chula Vista. The "big screen" is great. New washers and dryer. Ohana House bath robes. In the heart of the city but a very quiet and secure place. I enjoyed my daily walks to the farm fresh Mexican market just a block away...great morning tamales and pastries. The bed was very comfortable with a great mattress. Of course bed comfort is subjective but having stayed in many places this worked for us. The garage is certainly a plus feature. Restaurants, beaches, shopping and highway access are only a few minutes from the Ohana House. Communication with Andy was fantastic. She is very responsive and knows how to help take the worry out of an AirB&B visit. Forget your toothbrush? No worries ... complimentary dental kits provided. Enjoy!
