Close to the Burgundy Canal and the castles of Tanlay, Ancy-le-Franc and Maulnes. Restaurants in the area. Quiet area ideal for stopover or stay/visit.

The Perched House

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

Weeping Willow Bed and Breakfast

A typical country house, surrounded by greenery and tranquillity. The house has an independent entrance to a living room with a fireplace, a corner double sofa bed, and a flat-screen TV. The cosy room with a 160 cm double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet and washbasin. The kitchen is equipped and fitted with all comforts, including a dishwasher, electric fan oven, microwave, fridge, hob and coffee machine.

Ce loft est le parfait équilibre entre ancien et moderne , pierre locale de Masangis au sol, escalier en métal artisanal ... La cave voutée (second couchage avec canapé convertible 140 x200) equipée d'un Home cinéma détenant plus de 100 films en HD projetés sur vidéo projecteur.

NEW in 2025 ! Renovation of the kitchen, living room and bedrooms, a car park with an electric charging station and a 12m x 4m pétanque court (the ball game). Imagine a small house with blue shutters in a quiet alley in the heart of the village. Downstairs, 2 large bright rooms and a bathroom (all new). Upstairs, 2 interconnecting rooms. This is my grandmother Germaine's house, set in a garden of lawn and flowers.
