You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Located in a quiet, green residential area, ideal for relaxing and forgetting all the day's worries, close to all the necessary amenities: supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, pizzeria, bank, etc. Those who enjoy walking and cycling will be able to make the most of the Doubs Valley Cycle Route.
