We were greeted by Karen with extreme kindness and we feel very comfortable! The hostess left her personal contact and immediately responded to the questions that had arisen. The house is really beautiful and comfortable and I highlight the BBQ area, because of the rock that gives a special charm to the space. We passed a wonderful fds and will surely return!

Our entire stay was perfect. The house was very clean, very organized and super-equipped. The beach view is a spectacle, and the pool is also wonderful grills. Rodrigo was very attentive with all my doubts, and the Maria who receives us at the house is very dear and gave us several tips. We left already wanting to come back!. We had wonderful days and look forward to coming back soon!

Our accommodation was excellent! The house is comfortable, very good the location. Very pleasant environment with a lovely garden! My mother is special, she is in a wheelchair and we take a walk with her around because the neighborhood is very quiet. It is not everywhere that a special person has room, to walk a chair through the streets. The neighborhood's infrastructure is excellent. Mônica was very kind and attentive, and Lucélia welcomed us very well!

The space corresponded with the ad, very beautiful view and a lot of contact with nature! As an improvement, I point out the need to clarify more in the listing about the room being located on a hill, where access is quite steep and can be difficult for some cars. I also point out the need for greater maintenance of the basic ingredients available, as I ended up not being able to use due to the lack of cleaning and replacement.

The site is exactly as stated in the listing description. All very clean and organized (House, garden and swimming pool). The fact that the house is inside a neighborhood with access control made us feel more comfortable about security. The beach is very close to the house and is very clean and quiet. Super recommend it.

The house has exceeded our expectations! Everything was exactly as in the pictures and described in the listing — beautiful, well-equipped and very comfortable. We didn't have any issues during the stay. The location is excellent, with markets and bakeries nearby, and the condominium is a charm, super well taken care of. We take great advantage of the pool, which is huge and wonderful, in addition to the game room, which has yielded great moments. The host was amazing: always attentive, quickly answered all our questions and was very helpful. Access to the condominium was simple and quick, and the staff of the condominium were very polite and friendly. Location: the house is not facing the beach, but the condominium does, only a few meters and is already on the beach, detail the beach is clean, beautiful and with strong waves. Simply wonderful the apartment. clean,had everything, full kitchen, water filter,refrigerator,bathroom with great shower,air conditioning in great operation and still has a ceiling fan that leaves a room well ventilated. The view is incredible, perfect location close to everything, everything is done by walking. And the complete building, heated pool and not counting the beach service that are super helpful and polite to take you to the sand and the place you choose. we will return more often for sure,for goods and thanks ANA for all receptivity and proactivity to meet from the beginning,until soon.

Best stay I've ever had in Ilhabela! Gustavo's house is impeccable! Privileged location (5-minute walk to the beach), markets, pharmacies, kiosks and restaurants nearby. Wonderful silence, where we only heard the birds in the morning. The house is extremely clean and complete. Gustavo is great! The home of Carolina offers the best of both worlds: it is close to the beach, where it rolls quite agitated and is a delight to spend the day, while at the same time it offers a place surrounded by nature enough to be a refuge within another. In addition, the house is equipped with all the utensils we need, which made it very easy to just enjoy the space. Finally, air-conditioning in all the rooms is a differential, because the summer nights have been hot. Would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

I went with my boyfriend and our little bulldog. The place is very special, with the balcony facing the sea and a free view. The showers are great and the air works very well. Our puppy loved it and we will come back again. There was no one on the beach, only a few students from USP and another guest. A place of peace and quiet
